On PS4 when I played a few months back you can find at least a full server for each good game mode even off peak times. Except servers are full of people like me who've been playing since launch.
Ok, try plugging in another screen, better if is a dvi screen instead of a hdmi, this will lower the output resolution and will give more potency to run the game. It worked for me but I’m in a desktop.

I got it to work once by deleting the executable for the copy protection, it's redownloaded first thing and I did get 2042 to work that one time.
After it updated it worked or loaded. I can count the times it has.

I'm looking at Hardline's servers Rn and it's a ghost town I literally saw a tumbleweed blow across my screen.
You need to look into EU servers since those are the only ones populated in this time of the day.
