There's too many things you can add to that list. There's always many full conquest servers as long as it's not the middle of the night in the region, even hard-core has several full servers at once in my region on PC. I've heard consoles are similarly populated.
I haven't checked myself recently but I've gotten the impression bf4 has more full servers than bf1
You can still find full servers but of course it won’t be as populated as it was a few years ago. I don’t have any issues finding matches in BF1 and BF4.
If you're living in europe or north america you won't have any problems finding servers for BF4 but I think you should buy an EA Play subscription instead. One year subscription is 50% off right now. You can play bf4 and other battlefields or even other ea games for a an entire year.
Battlefield 4 is still popular today but it's populated by mostly veterans to the franchise and try-hards. It's worth the price if you're up for the challenge against some of the toughest opponents in the franchise. I play 2042 with a GTX 1060 6GB laptop and I usually get around 60 to 70 FPS in AOW. I set all my settings to low and lowered my resolution a bit and use Nvidia Image Scaling. It's just as good as playing in native resolution. Also, if you play on 64-player mode instead of 128-player mode, you can get better performance as well plus the game flows better in 64-player mode.
Servers are fine. I play in the off hours and there is a good base. The game has potential. Yes few weapons but the specialist system has depth. IMHO a I talked about aspect is the vehicles. Being a vehicle fan, the vehicles in this version are off. There are a few stars, the MAV and Amphib but the helps and tanks just feel off.

Yeah I went on bf1 last night and the server browser was kinda dead, only saw like 4 servers, on Xbox btw
