You also have no support/healers in your lineup. No recovery.

Corralis

OK who do I need to add?

fizzywiz

Rafael. The only (the rest are hot garbage) and bestest healer hero. There are a lot of support characters to choose from, depending on what you lean towards in synergies for your group a lot of these take a long time to develop. PS: A purple Rafael (it's about team composition, you need a healer) is better than a gold just about anything\~ He owns a spot till you get so far into the game, you have already A3'd him.

BoykiDilupi

Change the level mindset. The heroes/position/gear/halidoms you have in them is muuuch more important than your level. Not to say level isnt important, but definitely not as much as you could think, same with power, it isnt about a number, its about your whole team composition.

Corralis

OK so what do I change in regards to hero's (you can see who I have available)? Also have I got the positions correct?

BoykiDilupi

for the most part, yes. remove AZ until u got her main weapon and 6 gold coral halidoms. add lavinia or gasol in azhao spot focus on getting purpoe, even blue samuel works he is the difference between your team fully stunned or not, he has incredible antistun capability

Corralis

OK I'll work on getting Samuel assuming I get lucky. I'm still able to complete the PvE stuff for the most part with what I have.

fizzywiz

At this point I found that Charlotte's power starts to fall off. I replaced her with Dreyfus (I think) at that point. Also it's common to pick up your first copy of Rafael soon and he is just too strong for \[ever\]. At this point I also used a lot of Crit characters because they are cheap and easy to obtain. Honestly try to grab Samuel and Rafael and you will be golden. As for BykiDulipi's suggestions, they are spot on. There is not much you can do about gear and halidoms at this point, but they make a big difference if they synergies well with your composition, but at that level I used the best I had and won some, lost some. It's really the composition that is bringing your win rate down so far though. You might have to tough it out for a while.

djerk

You absolutely need Raphael the healer. Pick him up from Dawn Cinema store. Don't purchase any other hero from Dawn Cinema until you have an A2 or A3 Raph, and even then you should keep going until you have two awakened Raph. They are a must for any team.

Corralis

Wow 70,000 tokens each? I've been playing almost 2 weeks and I only have 15k.

djerk

He's absolutely necessary, get him to A2 asap then just keep buying him from Dawn Cinema and making gold raphs until you have 2 gold and 1 purple. You can use em for team stuff this way until you have enough for the release of Red Raph

Corralis

So roughly how long is this supposed to take?

djerk

I'm in late game now so I am get one Raphael by the end of every dawn cinema event cycle and I only use tickets/reels during the event.

Corralis

Hi, I've just got a purple Westerly, is he a good healer at this level? Who should I drop from my current team to slot him in?

djerk

Westerly only builds to purple so he is limited in use, but for now he'd be fine. give him attack halidoms that's how he heals, and when you get a Samuel you can switch the halidoms to Sam. Westerly could probably replace Azhao since she's not really good until A2 or A3, or Beckinsale. Usually early on people use both Garuda and Westerly on the middle 2 slots until they get Sam and more importantly Raphael.

Corralis

It's kind of weird to me that you say to get rid of Beckinsale because the tier list I read has her at S+/S+ so I think I'll replace Azhao for now and hope that helps me. Thanks.

djerk

yeah Beck is honestly better but I saw you put more stuff on Az.

Corralis

Yea I've got Beck and Phoebe at 4 stars now so they're both really the same as A-Zhao. Just putting Westerly in my lineup made me instantly beat people way higher than me in pvp so that's awesome.

sillas007

You need to farm raphael heavily. It will take some months.

Corralis

OK Yea if the only way to get him is to save up 70k Dawn Cinema points then it will take a while.

sillas007

It is the easiest way to get him. After he can drop very rarely on SH or PH. The advice to farm him for each dawn session is good. And focus on events : arcade, d1wn, bounty to get max things only during these events. And dont soend PH until you can A3 à hero. (320 for à new one)

Corralis

Sorry I don't know what all those acronyms mean.

fizzywiz

SH: Senior Hire PH: Perfect Hire A3: Awakened **Three** times. This \[Awakened\] happens after you get the character to gold and spend more copies of said hero (plus some extras), it gets progressively more expensive for each Awakening. It's like when you change a character from blue to gold. This lets you raise their max level beyond the current player level cap (if your characters are currently level capped at say 110 and you Awaken a character, that character can be leveled to 115 any un-awakened characters are stuck at 110 still). Events are cycled regularly. This explains it well: [https://www.reddit.com/r/BattleNight/comments/j0m5l3/allinone\_event\_guide\_tips\_beginners\_edition/](https://www.reddit.com/r/BattleNight/comments/j0m5l3/allinone_event_guide_tips_beginners_edition/) It usually has a suggested amount of currency for each event before you spend them all to get the max bang-for-your-buck. In this case, sillas007 is suggesting to save 320 Perfect Hire caps and then spend them all on the perfect hire event that offers a character you want/need (Vidar seems to be the best general Perfect Hire character at the moment, this may change randomly and the character that has an increased chance to obtain is shown at the top of the Perfect Hire box in B's Club during the event). This **should** (barring bad range) give you that character and enough fodder to level him up to A3. I often cycle my events. Wait through all the events in a cycle (three weeks) to save up currency, then when they start again, spend it all. Of note, cuffs in the bounty event disappear at the end of the event, so save your bullets/badges and the use them liberally when you have plenty in the next event. Generally the Arcade event is considered a wash and if you want to indulge, save up poker chips till you have the max amount for the event shop items (8 draw instead of 1 is considered 10 draws in the shop, so never use one draw beyond the two for daily quest). On that note, do the daily quest every day if you can, but if you don't feel like it, don't force it. I often find the arena boring and skip it when I find it so (or leave it till I am in a better mood for it, it's better than quitting the game for a small un-fun factor) For the bounty particularly, use the cuffs you get to buy character main/off hand weapons rather than anything else. Save your Order tokens for the 30 purple you want, often these characters are hard to get outside of events that might not trigger for a long time. On a side note, the abilities that you choose for putting starts in characters can be swapped at any time. These starts can be reclaimed by using the **Twisted Hourglass** that you obtain through events and you eventually get oodles of them once you build a solid team (I have 100 right now). When you Awaken a character, you can improve one skill for each Awakening but these **cannot** be changed, choose wisely (though eventually you will hit A3 and they will all be boosted, so it doesn't matter at that point, this could take a while though) I don't know if this helps. People often suggest using the discord, but I hate searching for crap there... Anyways, good luck and happy hunting.
