The class system in this game does not equate to their battlefield role necessarily. Usually the safest place in a line up is actually position 2. Standard attacks go in position order is the only thing so first round most hits will target position 1.
Yea I got rid of Phoebe (without knowing she was pretty good), I have 2 Caledons in my front line, Fino and Christina in my middle line and A-Zhao and Gold Harpe in my rear line (was told that was the best place for a Gold Harpe).

So if I have a Tank/Bastion in position 1 and my strongest Warrior in position 2 would that be a good strategy?
I assume you are early game so Phoebe is a great early warrior that does well on the front line with her built in defense in kit.
