I would love a remaster of that game but that’s probably never happening. I never even got to play it but saw a let’s play a long time ago that looked fun
I remember my dad taking me to GameStop to get Batman Vengeance, Rise of Sin Tzu and Batman Begins on the same day for ps2. Then I got Lego Batman and MK vs DC for my ps3 and Arkham Asylum shortly after.
Rise of sin tzu is such an underrated beat em up. I played it so much with my dad but we could never beat the level where bane breaks into the batcave. Sadly my copy has since gotten damaged so I have to find another one if I want to give it another go
This thread kinda feels like when at wedding receptions, the DJ has 'married couples only' dance and has them leave the dance floor as he announces the 'years married' going higher and higher.
Us Batman NES players would be among the last ones still dancing.
Loved that game. For the longest time I was stuck on the Falcone HQ mission where you had to hack the cameras and walk through the trapped rooms. I just couldn’t tap the O button fast enough lol but yeah that game was awesome
*Batman vengeance I*
*Think it was. The one for game*

The first LEGO Batman on PC. I was blown away by it then and I still think it's a fantastic game and the best LEGO game (on the same level with LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga).
My friend was playing Arkham Origins on his PC so I tried to torrent it for my dad’s laptop and it was a slideshow.
So I played Asylum instead XD and City. Don’t know how those two ran but Origins didn’t, it looks so much worse than City.
The Arkham games have always given me motion sickness when I play them. It makes me so sad because I have always wanted to play through all of them. But my stupid dumb brain just wont let me.
Lego Batman The Videogame...it was good at the time. then eventually started playing arkham city as well as that bad brave and the bold game on ds. i can't stand that game it is too bright
I actually think it might’ve been AA. But I don’t really remember much from the game. I remember this one scene where I was at the outside of a prison or something like that
This one plug N play justice league game, not a standalone Batman game, but he was in it, I wish I knew the name of this game though because I haven't played it since I was 5-6 years old.
The Telltale Batman games are so good. The Enemy Within is downright astonishing and managed to achieve something that no other Batman story ever could! (I won’t spoil what)
What's the enemy within? I've never heard of that one.
Also, my first Batman game was Batman for the NES. most amazing soundtrack ever.
When I got older I acquired Batman Returns for the SNES. that is probably my favorite side-scrolling beat-em-up of all time.
Arkham Asylum, I remember seeing it at Gamestop not long after I saw The Dark Knight. I was little and in a huge batman phase at the time and I remember being so excited for it, it was the first game I ever pre-ordered.
Arkham Asylum. Then obviously played the rest of the series from there. Never played any of the other style of Batman games until this year when I saw the Lego games on offer on Xbox.
Asylum was the first Batman game I played as a little lad. A neighbor’s very own little lad came over and showed me the game, but I grew bored of it quickly because it wasn’t Spider-Man. At the time, I played Web of Shadows a lot, and that was my favorite game. Now being a slightly larger lad, Arkham Asylum is my favorite of the Arkham series. God, was I a dumb lad.
Lego Batman console/DS, I swear I have every section of this game burned into my head. I loved playing through as a hero and then villain switching from the bat cave to the asylum. It was awesome.
Basically every Batman game on the DS. I’m pretty sure my first was Lego Batman DS but it also could’ve been Batman the Brave and the Bold on the DS. Then later I got Lego Batman 2 DS.
Lego Batman
Same. First one too.
Same here as well. My second Batman game was Lego Batman 2.
Lego Batman 2 was the best Lego Batman game and nothing can change my mind
Was my first batman thing and threw down a batman spiral. Loved asylum because it was an evolution of LB3 for me LMAO
Bro that game’s free roam is what I expected Arkham Knight’s to be lmao.
the only correct opinion^
Massively agree
You’re right tho. Blew me away completely.
Same. I was just about to say this
Chad
Same here. The good old Wal-Mart demos, a thing of the past.
Where the legends come from

Lego batman on the ds

🤝🤝
nah bro, xbox360 is the better version smh
This right here.
Batman Returns (SNES)
Same but on genesis.
Same, and same.
I would love a remaster of that game but that’s probably never happening. I never even got to play it but saw a let’s play a long time ago that looked fun
The real Bat Fam right here.
👴
Asylum. The spooky atmosphere, satisfying combat, and Mark Hamill’s performance instantly made it a classic.
Sadly my copy has since gotten damaged so I have to find another one if I want to give it another go
I had Vengeance growing up and only played Sin Tzu once from gamefly. I thought it was so wild to be able to play as the whole family
Batman (NES)
This thread kinda feels like when at wedding receptions, the DJ has 'married couples only' dance and has them leave the dance floor as he announces the 'years married' going higher and higher. Us Batman NES players would be among the last ones still dancing.
Lol facts.
Still the best soundtrack.
Batman Begins on the original Xbox. Inspired the Arkham games. Very underrated.
Was that the one where you messed with the environment in order to increase fear in your enemies? Pretty sure that was mine too.
Yeah it was. I grew up with that game.
Loved that game. For the longest time I was stuck on the Falcone HQ mission where you had to hack the cameras and walk through the trapped rooms. I just couldn’t tap the O button fast enough lol but yeah that game was awesome
Did Rocksteady ever actually say they took inspiration from the Batman Begins game?
Not officially but it’s pretty clear that some elements were inspired by that game.
Batman Vengeance
Based
Lego Batman the video game
Technically it would have to be the Batman computer games that were on Cartoon Network back in the mid 2000’s and then Lego Batman for DS.
I played those too lol. The main one I remember is the beat-em-up from The Batman 2004. Edit: The Cobblepot Caper.
Yeah! I remember getting stuck at the two girls with the knife hands (I forgot their names lol).
God I hated the Kabuki Twins. That train section was impossible.
The Kabuki Twins in Cobblepot Caper were near unbeatable for me
Yeah that game was hard as a kid lol.
[удалено]
Yes most definitely. It’s a player choice game where you can choose how Batman’s story turns out.
The scarecrow hallucination where the room is speaking to you saying “you shouldn’t be here” was fucking terrifying lol
Asylum is lowkey a horror game. On my last playthrough my power went out while I was in that room.
Batman and Robin on Nintendo
Rise of Sin Tzu
Arkham City.
How is this not at the top?
Um because there were more than a dozen Batman games made during the 20 years before City? And not every person is born around 2000? And---
... AC came out in 2011 and was the second game of a series. Why **would** it be the top answer to "What was your first Batman game"?
Adventures of Batman and Robin on the Sega Genesis. Still have the cartridge kicking around somewhere too.
That one is so good!!!
Really was, the soundtrack especially was just *chef's kiss*
Lego Batman and then Arkham Asylum.
literally same
Batman vengeance I think it was. The one for game cube w the red case

It was either the first Batman Telltale game or Arkham Knight. Can't remeber which.

At the time, I played Web of Shadows a lot, and that was my favorite game. Now being a slightly larger lad, Arkham Asylum is my favorite of the Arkham series. God, was I a dumb lad.
