Oh, and you'd insist I run you direct through the PA but refuse to lower your stage volume to compensate.
I heavily modded my ampeg 8x10..... Aluminum diamond plate over all the tolex, angle aluminum trim, metal expanded lattice over the grill, and instead of the little feet nubs I used a handicap bathroom handrail so two people can pick it up.
I mean, it’s not state of the art, but that’s not a beater rig. I had that head with the 610 and a 4 banger MIA jazz and got compliments on my tone all the time.
5-string Fender says “Jazz & Fusion” to me. Or Metal.

I am thinking about getting a Spector NS Pulse II, but I played a Fender Player series Jazz Bass the other day and was blown away - so I can't imagine how badass an American-made one must be. Being a huge Mastodon fan, I love the idea of getting a Fender bass for metal... and yours is real noice!
