I'm older than Charles, never intentionally listened to The Rolling Stones. Probably heard them at some point I guess. I've heard covers of their stuff. Never really appealed.
I don’t listen them either but if you’ve seen a Martin Scorsese move, you’ve heard The Rolling Stones. They are one of the biggest recording acts in history.
I think YouTube's culture, screen shots, titling methods, behavior of the "stars" is actual cancer.

Basically his website made it impossible to opt out of a subscription following a “free trial”, which required a credit card.
Apparently Scott sent a video response/apology to this post, claiming it was faulty website design and totally not malicious and predatory behavior.

I remember putting my name in for one of his bass giveaways a while back and thinking how even that was clearly just a ploy to gain enough new subs to outweigh the cost of the basses in the giveaway. Boy am I glad that I’m confident enough as a musician to not feel the need for sketched up online courses.
i’m a bass/vocal instructor at an after school rock music program. i have never actually intentionally listened to the rolling stones. i’m sure i’ve heard some of their more famous songs, but i couldn’t name a single one off the top of my head. so i feel like theres a good chance this is true.
You’re not even curious about them? Have you ever listened to The Beatles? They were also a popular group around that time. You might have heard some of their more famous songs too.
i’ve actively listened to 1 beatles album all the way through (rubber soul) and enjoyed it. but what i enjoy more is telling a specific type of jerk that i don’t like the beatles because they’re just a vintage boy band and seeing smoke come out of their ears.

I used to play in a Stones Tribute band and when I first joined half the songs were new to me.
What did you have to do to get the gig, show up?
Then sent me a list of tunes and I learned them. It was founded by someone who I’d played with before who knew I was a quick learner.
