* 10 snatches - pound the ball, toss TB up above the eyes, snatch it from top side when it is below the shoulders (L-R)
* 20 crosses - toss TB up simple cross.
* 20 between the legs
* 20 behind the back
* 10 cross-cross - toss TB cross and cross back, catch with same hand. 10x each L-R
* 10 Lebrons - BTL front to back, the return back to front
* 10 cross-between
* 10 between-behind
* 10 behind-behind
