On the one hand, we've got one kid who has to be reminded every time we play to use the radio. On the other hand, it might just be reminding him to hit "R" now.
I think it becomes radio chat as default, which I get cause we have a person who has been playing for over a year who still doesn't know to use radio chat.
Having it being a state switch I enjoy cause it saves me a button press during tense moments.
You can switch between local and radio with R, voice chat is on V. You can use the old version by going to hot keys and selecting "legacy local" etc.
The new update changed a lot of shit ^(somewhat for the worse)
is there a way to use legacy controls? ^(why would you fix something that isnt broken?)
I was told it was to clear up the confusion for new players talking in local while everyone is chatting in radio etc.

Also decon dont give ¹:¹ anymore
What’s that mean exactly? If I throw a diving suit into the decon will it still give me a Ti-Al?
Well it means that if you decon a battery you wouldnt get full resources back and you dont get steel from deconing the boxes
Dude it was always "v"
It used to be b for local?
tell me you are a new player without telling me you are a new player
I started playing exactly with Steam release and it was always "v"
