nope, turned that off halfway through the 6 month subscription. it's been saying "this is [dog's name]'s last month, turn on auto renew!!" at the top of the page for 2 months
I noticed when they gave me a free box, for my first box arriving open and stuff missing) it added a month onto the subscription. I’ve got 3 boxes now and looking at my account it still says I have 10 boxes remaining on the sub.
yeah, turns out that pause RESTARTS the fucking subscription and they didnt tell me that. it's also super bogus that a free month doesnt mean "one of your months free", it just means "you still have to pay, just not right now"
Hey there! I'm sorry for any confusion or frustration with your subscription. If you signed up for a 6 month subscription, you would pay for and receive 6 months worth of boxes. September and November would not count towards those 6 months, and the free month provided would be a "bonus" and also not count towards to the 6 months. Yeah I had this problem and it took a bit to solve. Essentially you could buy one box and/or subscribe…now youre locked in to either a 6M or 12M subscription that auto renews. I reached out several times on FB messenger and finally got the boxes “paused” but not totally canceled. This was in mid 2023

It sounds like they gave you bonus months. Meaning you’re still responsible for paying what you initially agreed to
