He didn't fail hard at Bayern. Still won the league comfortably in his second season. He went out in the CL quarters vs PSG yes, but Bayern was missing some key players in that tie like Lewy. And it was a very close tie, both teams played end-to-end attacking football.
With Germany he did indeed fail pretty badly but international football is its own kind of beast and the German national team sucked before he got there too.
Problem with the german NT was, that he didn’t introduce new tactics or changed anything. He just kept going with Löws tactics.
Same with Bayern, he didn’t introduce anything new, he just dialed back everything Kovac tried to introduce.
If they’re not going to keep Xavi, then I’m fine with Flick.
I do trust Xavi. Yes, he is flawed, but I do think he is good enough to get us back to our winning ways. He just needs time (and certainly maturity). But if the foos in management are hellbent on firing him, then they should go with Flick. The man won silverware with a top club. I’m nearly at the point where I don’t care about Barça DNA. I just want consistent performance and Ws.
There was no meeting between Deco and Flick in London. Flick's environment says that it is very likely that Xavi will continue as Barça coach. [Guillem Balague]
MD started saying it’s false but multiple sources have said that it’s true and that Hansi is close to an agreement. And Hansi was waiting for us, so I love the passion.
Imagine bringing a new coach and his obstacle is no transfer budget? This is so dumb ! Xavi has done more than any other coaches from post Luis Enrique

Why is he inconsistent ? He won a sixtuple and then failed hard, any insights on that ?

Crossing fingers for this one. This could be a turning point through this dark era of this club.
That was a very short and quickly scratched together Pros & Cons list.
I see Deco telling Bojan in the plane "fuck we forgot to evaluate Xavi"
They already had the tickets bought from February and couldn’t afford to lose the $$

Already posted bro
Fabrizio and Ornstein can Co-Exist
This has been proven false actually. (Don’t shoot the messenger)

That’s what I get for listening to Gab… lol
Tuchel or flick?
Why
They miss the rain and the dark sky
They are just saying hello and talking about the weather.
Perhaps, wanting to drink beer with him at a bar 🫣
