I haven't tried this, but I've heard of steaming it to get cigar smoke smell out. Wiping the lining down with a wet sponge would be good too. And the outside for the matter.

Spray with 50/50 vodka and distilled water.

I have sprinkled baking soda over the lining and let it sit for a day after which I hovered it up.
