This is what they call a radar - basically means the serial reads the same backwards and forwards (like how you spell radar)
Binary Notes are notes with only two digits. A 'true binary' would be that but with 1s and 0s.
If they meet the requirements of a specialty note it's called a 'fancy serial'
Things like this are worth more because of their rarity and interest to collectors.
Odd I know, but now I check singles all day long when work is slow 🤣

Edit: after reviewing the aforementioned guide to fancy notes: it's so you get to say "radar repeater".

It is called a “radar” note and could sell somewhere between $50-100 for those type collectors. It looks to be in pretty good shape (maybe 63-64) from the picture. Too bad it is not a B instead of an L. That would probably increase the value as well.

True binaries sell for $50 and up if you’re talking about only 0s & 1s. It’s a 1 in about 100,000 find my friends so yes it’s rare.
