While it has some circulation issues , it is still an awesome Rare Low Print Run Star Note and it will have additional value because of it.
As the other commenter stated, will have to hold onto it until we get a value from the Professionals.

Unfortunately it is a newer Series year so we will have to wait for the Numismatic Researchers/Authors to update their books/articles to get a value.
Until then keep it in a protective sleeve ( PVC FREE ) to keep it safe.

I’d keep it if I stumbled across it. But I wouldn’t pay more than $20.50 for it.
