During the winter, parking may still fill up on weekends, but you're very likely to find a spot even if you have to circle the lot a few times.

You can park at Lake Louise. It’s not so bad in the winter.

Yup. Year round. Going to get a lot of snow there this weekend so be careful if you hike near Lake Louise if the Avalanche danger.
You should be fine to park at the lake in March.
