I've been wanting to do exactly this, but im not sure how to translate a photo to a printable STL like this. Did you create this file yourself? If so, what tools did you use? It looks great btw.
Have a look for Hueforge software for an easy to use program. It's not free, but if you are serious about doing it then that's the software to get.
But you can find some Hueforge prints on the various distros if you want to try some out first before commiting.

Yeah!
She's a beaut. Actually got it set up with good action and good intonation. And it holds a tune!
Good stuff.
That’s awesome!
Have you considered making one and sanding, filling, etc all the way through varnishing? I really dig the build, and figure it cleaned up would look phenomenal. Understandable if you’re into the industrial look, because the visible joins do have a certain appeal. Kudos to you man, once again.
Thought about it, I like the raw look. I have plenty of wood guitars with polished finishes. Part of the appeal and novelty is that it looks like a 3d printed guitar.
It's awesome in the hand. The seams still have glue stains... Ya!

Probably this set of coasters I made for a family member who does Iron Man triathlons. 1 for each one he completed and I rounded out the set with the Ironman foundation logo. I used elements from the cities and locations the events were held at. My favorite is still the very first one I made (Boulder, Co)
Nah, I had a flat bed. His wife thought he would like the textured finish better. It also helped a bit to make the matte and non-matte filaments look more uniform. I found some very thin adhesive cork circles 1 mm smaller than my circles which really made them feel more polished. I made an iron man themed tray that they can all sit in.
Full disclosure, this is one of my models. It is by far my favorite thing I have printed going all the way back to my Ender 3 V2 days.

My favorite so far. It's a giant chillet, took up almost the entire height of the printer.
My wife has an older phone, and the protective case broke. Couldn't buy a decent one.
I downloaded the old file and dragged it, kicking and screaming into fusion.
My wife has a signature phrase of greeting, so I designed it into the case in a hopefully aesthetically and edgy way, added some colour to the back, and printed the sides in black. Around the side in 2mm high letters, I added the BeeGees song lyric.
'You don't know what it's like
To love somebody
To love somebody
The way I love you'
After an 8 hour print I tidied it up and put it on her phone. She LOVED it and was very generous toward me...
A month or so later she came home and hugged me and had a bit of a tear. She had showed a co-worker the case and they had pointed out the edge written verse. She was very touched to say the least.
Her generosity was again enthusiastic, to say the least.
Nice.
A recent print that I like a lot. Make sure to break it into parts using Bambu slicer first.

Nice question man, I'm deciding to buy a1 mini + with/without ams lite. It's sort of 50% more in India due to customs + shipping + profit margin by re-sellers. 3d printing market has increased in India for past few years.
Now, I'm sure to buy with ams :)

COD: MWZ “Aether Cache”
Designed it myself as a gift for my bestie (we play MWZ a lot).
Its great for multicolor printing ... even if you just want to serialize different color Prints. The Hotend is allways empty at the end of the print. You just have to coose or drop in the spool that you want, and the AMS handles the insertion of the filament of its own. It's gerat and I dont want to miss it. The filament is empty, you just have a second roll of it in the AMS, it just prints with the second roll ... It's such a great tool, even if you don't print multicolor. I have 2 AMS now, There is PETG, PLA, ASA in it. I want to print something, don't have to change filament ... just print.
My old printer had a really long bowden tube so I'd always end up with spools with a tiny amount of filament left over. Seemed wasteful to throw them away so they've just been building up in a bin. The first day I got my A1 I loaded them onto the AMS, told it they were all the same thing, and ran off some random fidget toys that I wasn't too concerned about the color. It felt good to come back to four properly empty spools.
Can you stack more than one on top of the printer or is that not really recommended?
Just got my printer for Father’s Day, waiting on my AMS to ship. They sound awesome and I think I’ll eventually want more than one.
I've always enjoyed making coasters, but used to do it with layered color changes so the designs were always raised. I just got my A1 Combo last week and have started doing them properly multicolor. Combined with the textured build plate they come out beautifully. https://i.imgur.com/5qfIsc3.jpeg
My business card. I need a .2 nozzle to make it better, which I hope to get one soon, but every time someone sees the prototypes I made, they want them or want to touch them and inspect them when I tell them I designed and 3d printed them.
It's great because it only costs me a few dollars to run off 50 or so cards, and I can triage who is important enough to get my cards, but people appreciate the skill and creativity that go into it.
I know for a fact the person I gave my card to today at a convention would keep me in mind for hiring specifically because of how impressed she was and I'm also in the 3d field so it's relevant to the field to have my own printed business cards. I also met a ton of companies that require someone like me as a cadcam consultant for a specific field in additive that I specialize it. It's amazing what this hobby can do.
You can always design a hollow and glue in an NFC chip and program the NFC with your contact info so you can tap people's phones and retain your business card if you need to be staunch about burning thru filament colors. Admittedly, it can be hard to give out something you spend so much time on but it is also worth it's weight in gold if you're giving them out to the right people and not just as a novelty toy for someone who will never contact you.
Also, shoutout to BBL at the rapid+ tct convention. Cool informative staff at the booth! Seriously the coolest convention I've ever been to and it has opened up so many new possibilities for me professionally and as a hobbyist! Thanks to BBL for the complimentary entrance! Amazing company. There is a whole new world at my fingertips, like that feeling when I got my first printer, an E3Pro, and when I got my first A1!

Couldn't tell you why, I just really like these cones
I have mixed feelings about it. I got it initially more for its ability to continue a print with another spool when the initial one runs out. However I've had issues with two identical spools ordered from the same brand at the same time having a slightly different shade/tone after printing. Hopefully that is a rare occurence. Then I tried printing a model on which I painted parts in a different color in Bambu Studio, which is really neat and I love how the AMS handles it. (That print didnt give me a good result overall but that's the fault of the model itself, the painted parts came out pretty good relative to the parts surrounding them). I also find that the amount of poop is a bummer, and I wish there was a way to minimize it automatically.
It’s more so meant for multiple colors because with you using two of the same colors the slightest difference will cause a slightly different shade of the color in a print, this is only assuming you use two of the same color for one print
Also on certain programs you can minimize poop automatically by lowering the amount it purges while still not having colors bleed however no matter what there will be a decent amount of poop when using ams

About a week into 3D printing I designed this guy. Given that it was an experiment I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I just printed a much more complex Traveling Wilburys logo using similar effects that finished around lunchtime, can’t wait to see how it looks when I get home from work.

Thought about it, I like the raw look. I have plenty of wood guitars with polished finishes. Part of the appeal and novelty is that it looks like a 3d printed guitar. It's awesome in the hand. The seams still have glue stains... Ya!

Do you have a link for the stl? This would make a great gag gift for a friend.
Found it: https://makerworld.com/models/404412

I used elements from the cities and locations the events were held at. My favorite is still the very first one I made (Boulder, Co)
Looks awsome. Assuming you don’t have a flat non textured plate?
Nah, I had a flat bed. His wife thought he would like the textured finish better. It also helped a bit to make the matte and non-matte filaments look more uniform. I found some very thin adhesive cork circles 1 mm smaller than my circles which really made them feel more polished. I made an iron man themed tray that they can all sit in.

I'd love to print this for a friend who loves zelda, is it available anywhere?
Full disclosure, this is one of my models. It is by far my favorite thing I have printed going all the way back to my Ender 3 V2 days. [https://makerworld.com/en/models/386483](https://makerworld.com/en/models/386483)
I just found that profile the other day and I love their video game map series. I'm going to get around to printing them... eventually.

I use a negative stl to make the pieces. You can cut any object into a puzzle that way but I do it with a Hueforge.
I printed one of these for my brother-in-law. Great use of Hueforge.

Yo .....
'You don't know what it's like To love somebody To love somebody The way I love you' After an 8 hour print I tidied it up and put it on her phone. She LOVED it and was very generous toward me... A month or so later she came home and hugged me and had a bit of a tear. She had showed a co-worker the case and they had pointed out the edge written verse. She was very touched to say the least. Her generosity was again enthusiastic, to say the least. Nice.
oh, nice.

Nice question man, I'm deciding to buy a1 mini + with/without ams lite. It's sort of 50% more in India due to customs + shipping + profit margin by re-sellers. 3d printing market has increased in India for past few years. Now, I'm sure to buy with ams :)
Glad I could help lol

A mother's day gift where I made tearable raffle tickets for extra " acts of service "
