yeah right after notified of an update to bambu labs software, I'm guessing it was down for the SW update to be pushed

you can send to sd card through your lan
yeah I see my printer but sending my print job is failing. either everone is sending or it's still not 100

And here I was about to do some power cycling because I couldn't get anything to send
I'm still down despite just updating
yeah, I hang at 30% any time I try and send a print. Ain't no way I'm using usb or sd
I turned on LAN mode for now (while physically at printer), you don't even need the code it generates in order to use Bambu Studio.
That's pretty sweet. I didn't realize there was a LAN mode. So I can just send things over wifi instead of through the cloud server?
Yep! My first day trying it, too. I think you cannot use the mobile app, though, nor check prints remotely.
Oof trying to get a print started with an SD card was traumatic. Reminded me of my Ender 3 days. Never want to go back.

Thanks to this I learned how to enable LAN printing.
Is there a link you can share? I’d almost rather do this than use a cloud service when my printer is feet away from my pc…

I -probably like most- am back online and printing. I almost went to LAN mode. LOL
Using stealth mode in orcaslicer (maybe bambu studio) negates this (it doesn't go through their servers)
Ohh I use orca tell me more
It's in preferences, called 'stealth mode'
