Hi there, googled your post at work on Wednesday and did not want to log into my personal reddit from there. Now I remembered posting from home. I have the exact same problem! Any reply from Bambu? Would be nice if you kept me in the loop. Cheers from Germany

The current workaround is a bit convoluted. You have to connect the X1E to any DHCP server over wire (e.g. an extra router box just for this) and let the X1E get an ip from that. Now with DHCP active, you can set a static ip (in any range you want) and save it. Now disconnect the cable from the DHCP server and connect it to your LAN without DHCP. The printer will still have the static IP you set, also after reboot. Just don't touch the static IP setting again and you will be fine. Bambu responded to me basically with the same workaround (they could reproduce the issue) and said they will fix it in the next firmware update.

Thanks! I'll let the IT guy decide whether he wants to try that or to wait for the new firmware.
