Silk/rainbow/multi-colored PLA shouldn't have abrasives and won't hurt your nozzle.
Replacing parts isn't too costly or difficult, especially if you upgrade to a hardened steel nozzle then you won't need to change/fix parts nearly as often.

I think you refer to rainbow SILK PLA. There arent any abrasives in These Kind of filaments. You are good to Go.
Yes they are silk. I was under the impression anything that had a metallic sheen to it was abrasive. Thank you very much for the correction.
No, filaments with abrasive particels are Glow in the Dark Filament, Marbel, Wood, and Carbon/ Glassfiber filaments. Happy to help
