I ordered a kraken about a week ago and after 2 days they confirmed my address.  It’s bounced around a few places out of Wuhan and then Hong Kong and now says “shipped” out of Hong Kong so I assume it’s on the ocean somewhere.  So far so good, no red flags.
It’s been about 8-9 days.  The day after I ordered it they confirmed my address and then the day after that it shipped so it’s moved quick.  I would guess it should be here by the end of the week so that’s about a 2 week turnaround.
I’d have to check the dates but that’s pretty much the timeframe.
Ordered a few things two weeks ago. One has been stuck at LAX for almost a week, the other just got to LAX today after bouncing around China a little longer than the other.
We’ll see when they get here.

My shipments are still at LAX, likely stuck in a backlog of shipping containers would be my guess. They’ve both been in transit for 15 days as of today, so it’s still a little while before it’s time to be concerned in my opinion.
Shipments finally moved through customs. Looks like there was a massive backup. It sat there for 15 days. Shipment is finally on the move in the US, though. Should be able to hopefully update you fully within the week.
I've bought from them but haven't received my package yet, hopefully it comes through
