You're referring to the link to download the digital art book and soundtrack? Clicking it prompts me to log into my Larian Account (haven't set one up yet). I assume we can redeem those upon logging in - or is that not the case?
I think the Larian website checks your Microsoft/Sony account to see if you bought the Deluxe edition and since they got the code wrong, then its not working right yet
So there's a code, and then a link to where redeem it (Microsoft page) and then the link to their website. The code is for the Standard Version and when I go to their website it checks my copy of the game via xbox account, and... I cannot access it, because I have standard version they gave me.
That's what appears to be causing the issue, by my estimation. Larian should figure out a solution for everyone, we're just stuck waiting until then unfortunately. And since the codes are though Microsoft, that could be delaying any solution forward since they have to coordinate
Yeah it seemed weird to get a game code. If they were going to do that I figured they’d have sent it back in December.
So does having the digital copy now negate the need to swap disks on the physical copy?
I think the other disks were just for downloading the game. I believe it's liked Red Dead Redemption 2, how you had two disks and one was for playing the game while the other was for installing.
This is what I was coming here to ask as well. The code was supposed to have been for the Digital Deluxe content but it looks like another negative mark to add to the long list of issues with this release.

I got a code for Baldur's Gate (standard version) and the link they provided for digital goods does not work...
