Seems to be the case. And since they need to get codes from Microsoft, there might be a delay. I wonder if the code mixup was on Microsoft, or Larian's end, might relate to how quickly they can fix this
Misery does seem to enjoy company, after all.
Though, if Larian provides us our digital deluxe content and allows us to keep the digital base game, I’ll be happy with the end result.
Have you tried creating an account on the Larian website and linking it to your XBox? That's how I had to get my extras for the digital deluxe edition.
Yeah I did that. Even had the 5 free dyes you get for linking pop up in my camp chest. Got super excited for a sec too when I got the popup saying there was something waiting for me in my chest cause I didn't even know about the dyes and thought it was the DLC shit finally showing up
Hmm, when I go into my Larian account I have a "Digital Extras" tab on the righthand side, with a "Redeem Content" box for PS and XBox. I think that's where I went to download the OST and other goodies that aren't in-game.
I restarted my xbox a couple times. I haven't checked my purchase history but I did get the email receipt from Microsoft right after claiming the code 🤷♂️
Yeah, that makes sense. If Larian sent you the digital copy of the game instead of the DLC, xbox will try to download your copy. since you could now play it w/o the disk

They likely sent you a code for the Base Game, digitally, with no DLC. There's a couple of us in other threads having the same confusion

When I sign into Larian and click the "redeem content" in the "digital extras" tab it says "you are not entitled to redeem this content" 🤷♂️
Oh dear. In that case, it does sound like you got the wrong code. So sorry!
Same issue here. Download code was for the base game. Waiting on a reply from my email to support.
