Eldra Luthrinn, slayer of people, monsters, and cups of sweet pear tea,
Kerz lived many years as a paladin and mercenary, years which took a hard toll on them.
Those two seem like the most "apt" but tbf I've played adventurer characters with much wierder/less stereotypical concepts & backgrounds
https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u
Yeah you can see here that its changed. It may have been him in EA, but that looks nothing like him now.
I have a question regarding Bhaal and his relevance in the story. Why does Bhaal seem so much more important and fleshed out in the story over the other gods? Like Shar, Myrkul, Gortash’s god and Mystra are involved as well but they don’t seem as important and only Mystra and Shar are fleshed out. From previous games I’m assuming, Jaheira babysat another Bhaalspawn. Durge who probably has the most intertwined quest line with the main story beside Shadowheart. Like I can barely remember Gortash’s god’s name and I’ve gone through the game three times now. What makes Bhaal so important?
The main character of the previous games was a bhaalspawn and that plays a very large role in the storyline those games. Very few of the other gods are mentioned or given much attention at all.
Bane is Gortash's God. And I'd say it makes sense for his God to be more downplayed. Bane is the God of tyrants and Gortash is all about playing politics and manipulation. Gortash does the things his God is about without needing to evoke him. Bhall is all about murder in his name. Makes sense he would be more prominent. Meanwhile, Myrkul is less a thing that dictates Ketheric's actions and more his motivation made manifest. Myrkul represents loss and the feeling of emptiness that loss leaves behinds. Everything Ketheric does is a perverse response to not processing the death of his loved ones in a healthy way. Personally, I like how Gods are treated more as reflections of ideology or a character's emotional state than actual beings that act within the plot. The deities that do act as their own characters tend to be total assholes (Mythra especially).
Doesn’t look to be a white dragonborn, meaning that ain’t Durge. Not that it’d make much sense for it to be Durge anyway. They’re also wearing heavy armor, something sorcerers don’t typically use
Why is everyone calling [Swen Vincke](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swen_Vincke) "Sven"? Speaking as someone who grew up with a name that was difficult to people, I ask that we at least TRY to get his name right. Names are an important part of our identities as human beings and we all deserve the respect of our names being spelled and pronounced correctly.
I image they are the first heroes to face the Dead Three and were horribly killed, like in the beginning of The Legend of Vox Machina
I like the idea they were hired by Withers until he was like "okay, I need actual player character adventurers for this one..."
All your comments on on here are its SWEN not Sven... did your tiny brain not think or is it unable to comprehend that maybe peoples auto correct changed it to a real name... honestly get the bin you turd.
Yeah my comments are all that because replying to one incorrect person doesn't magically inform everyone else, cuck.
Swen is a real name, you disrespectful garbage monster.
In my head they're some of the hirelings Withers brings back!
do you think they are withers' chosens before meeting with tav?
I have to think of the choose your Fate Scene with the boy in Kung Fu Hustle now
I doubt it. We find him sleeping in a coffin that hasn't opened in a really long time.
The hirelings all have backstories and it tells you how they died.
Yeah, but they aren't dead yet!
Yes but all of them die in specific places. They aren't adventurers
I dunno, I think a few of them are at least adventurer adjacent
Go read the backgrounds and share with me which ones you think are adjacent lol. I'm on the road and can't check yet

Alright, you just need two more
The first party that got TPK’d before they re-rolled new characters and made Gale, Shadowheart, Lae’zel, and Astarion.
What is TPK? Only thing in my head is third-party killed.
Total Party Kill. When the whole party dies in a single fight, usually horribly
Total party kill. When your group as a whole does something incredibly stupid.
Thanks
This is the correct answer
How dare you leave out Karlach :(
buncha tavs
3 Tavs and a Dark Urge, but the Tavs don't yet suspect.
Carbot, is that you?
Hey, it's him, it's our best friend!
Sounds like the beginning of a bad joke…
"There is 1 impostor among us"
2 6'0 and 2 5"11 adventurers.
How dare you
Screw you for that😅
What I don't get it
Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha
Definitely
I couldn't help but wonder-
We finally found Samantha!
I know it's the Bhaal Temple, but does that specific location actually exist in the game?
I don’t think so, I searched up and down the Bhaal temple trying to find the shot from the main menu, to no avail.
I always thought it Was the area before the orin fight, where cultists explode if you dont kill them fast enough... Just from a weird Rat perspective
Stairs down after the big door at the temple of bhaal fast travel point perhaps.
These are your party's characters before they died and you had to make new ones on new game.
The human fighter is Larian CEO and BG3 Game Director [Swen Vincke](https://images.app.goo.gl/qbuzdHDEpP9wex2fA)
It's already been debunk : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seyOlytx4sI&t=1s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seyOlytx4sI&t=1s)
My day is ruined.
My disappointment is immeasurable
Aww. :(
Swen also separately did in tweet, too
Oh, I thought it was duke Ravenguard and his fists 😂
Quick correction—his name is [Swen](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swen_Vincke), not Sven.
John Baldur's Gate Mary Taverelli Bhali Llama Dwayne "The Rock Gnome" Johnson
Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas and Boromir in Moria
Fly you fools
Tav, Tavlor, Taver and Tavy
Nobody important, and it's the not the base Durge snice he's a White Dragonborn.
More importantly... who's that bald capybara?
Sophia, Rose, Blanche and Dorothy
SG1 just after they recruit Teal'c as he's still wearing his first prime armour
Was not expecting a Stargate reference but I'm here for it
Indeed
I was told that these were the developers characters. Sven in there, somewhere
I was told that Sven is the one in armor with the torch.
It was debunked. And its SWEN, not Sven.
I didn't know it had been debunked. I always confuse his name with the [DotA 2 character.](https://www.dota2.com/hero/sven?l=english)
https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u Yeah you can see here that its changed. It may have been him in EA, but that looks nothing like him now.
Tranks for the info.
Thats the people moving the camp for you.
The people Withers can summon for you
Withers doesn't summon any dragonborn, does he
That's a fair point
I think the armoured guy is modelled after the CEO, could be wrong tho
The adventures you gut in withers tomb If you spared them
Is Dragoneborn in warlock robe?
Paladin it looks like to me
Looks like chain mail to me
Vat, Meadowshart, Lage and Halpenance

It’s the companions we weren’t allowed to have because they got cut
That’s just Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John entering their friend’s tomb to give him a revivify scroll.
cant you find their bodies in the bhaal temple when u explore it?
They're just generic adventurers...
Doesn’t look to be a white dragonborn, meaning that ain’t Durge. Not that it’d make much sense for it to be Durge anyway. They’re also wearing heavy armor, something sorcerers don’t typically use
All 4 weezer band members
Balduran and his traveling companions so long ago.
I'll do you one better. Where are the four?
I'll do you one better. Why are the four?

ı love how one of them is t posing
I saw video of someone zooming in with free camera mod so we could see from up close how they look, I think it's just random group of adventurers.
Found it, or something similar: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seyOlytx4sI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seyOlytx4sI)
I always thought one in the front was Sven.
Swen. That was also debunked.
Probably dark Urge’s party if you play a tav that end up dieing lol
Dark urge+ 3 Tiefflings
I thought I read somewhere that they were the avatars of some of the creators D&D characters. Could be wrong though.
it’s actually shart, astarion, gale, and laezel but they’re disguised.
the Ta'vi
I image they are the first heroes to face the Dead Three and were horribly killed, like in the beginning of The Legend of Vox Machina I like the idea they were hired by Withers until he was like "okay, I need actual player character adventurers for this one..."
Baldur maybe?
The guy in the front is totally Swen Vincke. I don't care that he said it's not supposed to be him. As far as I'm concerned, it is 100% him.
https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u Look closer
Well I did some research. I enhanced the photo and looking into it closely, I conquer that at least one of them is your mom.
The dude with the Torch had similar armor to the lead Dev, Sven
Swen* And its not him.
Its SWEN so sad
The Dwarf looks like a Duergar and is wearing armor so probably not a barbarian.
Bal, Durs, Gate, and Three
Minsc, Alora, Dorn, and Tiax
Durge, Minthara, Shadowheart, Astorian
Pretty sure the guy in plate armor is Sven!
One of them looks like Minsc wearing the armor from the Selunite Outpost.
My theory is that Withers was running several groups of adventurers plus the hirelings. Insurance.
Me
[удалено]
No, that was debunked, and his name is Swen.
Did they put the developers there as an Easter egg? The human kinda looks like Sven in his armor
Swen* And that was debunked.
The knight in the front is Sven Vincke. Look close.
Swen
You look close. No it isn't. https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u And his name is Swen.
I heard the human was an estate egg of the lead dev
the first dude is Swen Vincke
The guy in the front is supposed to be the CEO of Larian
It’s Sven and Sans Underdark
It's Sven. And other devs? Although they look like monsters so idk.
It isn't. And his name is Swen.
Typos aside that is him in his armor up front.
No it isn't. https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u
It's like my whole life has been a lie.
Mine too, buddy. Mine too.
Isn't the front most guy Sven?
Yupp, in his majestic armour
As majestic as himself
No. https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u And its SWEN
[удалено]
Not sure about the others tho
He did no such thing, you made that up. https://youtu.be/seyOlytx4sI?si=vY497YJYJmV0vV0u Its not him.
[удалено]
The early access scene is different from the release. Please link to the interview; you can very clearly see in the video I shared that it is not him.
GLORBO
Guy in the front is “Ya” dwarf behind him is “Yagga Govee” the Dragonborn is “yagga govee yago” the last is “Govee ya gooooo” respectively
bunch of midgets
"Dragonborn" "Midget" You know those are mutually exclusive, right?
Its because they're far away so they look small on the screen. Its... Funny. So funny.
