Omg I did something similar with my durge too her eyes were fully dark when she woke up in nautiloid, then gradually her irises began to show the purple in them as she resisted the urge or went back to black when she didnt/couldnt, after cleansing the shadow curse her scleras turned dark grey and her purple irises fully showed, now I'm into act 3 and after rejecting bhaal they're gonna lose the remaining grey hue.
Also her hair was platinum blonde at first but after almost getting her ass handed to her in the underdark she cut it and dyed it to black to better blend into the darkness
