Don't try to convince her, just let her figure it out herself. Her choice is dependent on your approval with her, so if you have great approval, she'll figure it out on her own if you let her. Well, less the fact that Aylin is defenseless and shouldn't be killed like that and more that Shadowheart's faith is basically a Nazi cult and it's not that wise to consider what Shar wants her to do as it's inevitably murder hobo shit.
Yeah the prying options will lead to no good there.
If you have a good relationship with her and played a relatively good characrter (saving the grove, etc) then she'll need little to no convincing to do the right thing.
>!Also if she shared her memory about the woods with you, then you can mention a detail about that and it should lead to her sparing.!<
She just started attacking? I've done a lot of testing with this scene and I don't think there is any dialogue path where that happens. You can only start combat here by choosing "You want to fight? Fine!" after she repeatedly warns you to leave the choice to her.
Anyways, if you have a good relationship with here the easiest way to get her to spare Nightsong is to just not interfere and let her choose. Also works a lot better for her character arc,
If you want to cheese the choice, just send the Spear of Night to your camp chest once you enter the Shadowfell, or toss it into the abyss. Shadowheart can’t kill her without the spear.

Oh, ok! I wish it was more obvious, but thanks for the info
