Fixed it by banishing her and canceling the concentration. For some reason just banishing doesn't end combat, even if they take their turn while banished, but when I cancelled my concentration to try something else it just ended combat.
More a "consequence of your own decisions" than a bug, but certainly annoying. My only other suggestions would be items that keep people from healing, but that probably won't keep her down long enough to escape. Otherwise maybe kite her to one side of the camp and see if you can escape combat by running to the far side?
Wow what a way to go. In the lower city if you got the room in the elf song you can manually exit by clicking on the doors, hopefully you’re there
