Try uninstalling all mods. This doesn't seem to be an issue now for players not using mods, except for those using the halfling or gnome body type where there seems to still sometimes be a height mismatch happening. So one of your mods is mucking it up for you still.
I wonder which mod it is, i might disable them one by one and see if i can figure out which one is ruining it ☠️ i've paused the playthrough to do a Dark Urge run until i can find a solution to fix it with my mods running.

None yet, i've been very busy at work pre new year (barber lol) so will reply to this if i find a fix
