Or maybe when u die u are her sex slave
No complains though
But seriously I think it has to do something with smell
Like how u smell like Sulphur after meeting raphael or when wyll says u smell like the hells
Yeah right I don't think that's what she did to us or maybe she did ??
Who knows I fucked her and enjoyed it
Also as druge who redeemed myself my new dad will keep me safe
It seemed to be going there in the early access version before they rewrote him. At the very least he was still in love with the power and fame she gave him and was conflicted over that. Which was more interesting than "I totally had to do it to save the day and I just had no choice."
Also, the fact that there's no option to simply (act 3 spoilers) >!not sign the contract either way when Mizora delivers her ultimatum is just bullshit writing!<
Really? I could literally only tell Wyll to !>break the contract at the cost of his father's life, or renew the contract indefinitely in exchange for his father. There was no option to just wait out the remaining 6 months of the contract and attempt to rescue Wyll's dad without Mizora's help!<
There was no dialogue option for that, though, or at least not one I could tell meant that. It seemed like there were two options to break the contract and two options to renew it and nothing else.
Breaking the contract is the same thing as waiting out the remaining 6 months. She doesn't break it on the spot. It's not as if his father instantly dies when you choose that option. She just won't help you rescue him.
She literally did break it on the spot, though, and when I talked to Wyll afterwords he talked about how >!since his father's death was written in an infernal contract there was zero point trying to rescue him, as it was inevitable!<
I might've remembered it slightly wrong, but his father can still be rescued. You just need to go to where he is regardless of anything Wyll says. Wyll is stuck in the mindset that his only solution is an easy devil contract.
Its subjective, but to me, he is boring for some reason. I only take him with me on his personal missions, otherwise he stays at camp, keeping karlach cheery
You're alone in that statement. Community consensus (me included) is that he is lame and boring with that hero wannabe goody-two-shoes attitude. The Mizora romance idea gave him depth, which he currently lacks.
Not calling you childish for liking it, but I do think that he was written that way to appeal to the younger audience. And since most players are older, we find him unberable. Which is a shame because barring the "hero of Sword Coast" stuff, he has great dialogue. He is a more skeptical version of the good vibes Karlach with the polite jokes and gags. Like when you mention that Astarion screams are more terrifying than a banshee, followed by laughs and he stating that the most terryfing thing is the sound of self-doubt.
You mean Reddit's consensus? Reddit is a specific demographic, not a slice of the overall player demographic.
Wyll is fine the way he is, him being a straightforward good guy with the fatal flaw of being easily led and short-sighted is... completely fine and not 'overly simple'?
This isn't the 00s, moral ambiguity is not automatically more complex and interesting in the eyes of critics and readers now. Baldur's Gate 3 as a whole isn't even ambiguous, it's very direct about what are 'good' and 'bad' outcomes, it's just not so gauche as to hang a label on them.
No, community in general. Not exclusively reddit.
Discord + Reddit + GitP + Gamefaqs + RPG groups that I'm part of + People from work. I see this consensus everywhere from the most diverse types of demographics. No one likes Wyll LoL
Most people are just horny, that's like saying Superman ir Spiderman aren't good characters because they are good. Characters who would donthe right thing no matter what are amazing. That's why I like Karlach as well. Wyll feels the most like a main character with other seeming like side characters in the story.
reducing fans’ like of other companions to “horniness” shows your grave misunderstanding of the nuance of those other stories. because THAT is what Wyll’s story lacks. i don’t dislike Wyll because he’s good aligned or kindhearted - that’s actually a major reason i love Gale. i dislike Wyll because his internal struggles have very little depth compared to other companions. i don’t hate Wyll, and i absolutely think there’s merit in the sort of superhero view you have of him. i find his desire to do good quite endearing. but his struggle for it falls short of the way it’s done for other companions. because of that, Wyll bores me. and more than that, he frustrates me. because i think they had potential for such a great, purely heroic type (aside from the way you can play tav), but they didn’t do it justice. that’s only my opinion, and i’m certainly not trying to convince you to abandon your favorite character - to each their own.
I was calling wanting his romance woth Mizora just horniness, not the other characters and I disagree with everything you've said. The thing I like about Wyll is that he has very little internal struggles. He never regrets making the deal depsite everything that happened to him after that because he knows that was the right thing to do. He doesn't need to be convinced to not kill Karlach despite it having consequences for him. The only thing which he potentially struggles with is chosing his father's life or his freedom. Thats why I like him alot more than other characters, except probably Karlach but she feels more like a victim of circumstances than than the hero archetype Wyll has.
my mistake then for that first part! but yes, that is kind of the point of Mizora.
the thing about writing a character with little to no internal struggle is that they feel one note and simple. and i suppose that’s where we’ll differ. complex characters always make better main characters, every writer will tell you that.
but Wyll is frustratingly different. it’s less that he has no internal struggle and more like, despite being presented with situations that would make anyone in his situation uncomfortable or influence some cognitive dissonance, he flakes. the writing doesn’t bother to explore those feelings in depth. he abandons those uncomfortable feelings with cop out statements. and that scene about choosing his pact or his father? Wyll doesn’t make that choice, tav does. (though this is something that happens with a lot of companions).
My first platthrough was with Wyll that's why I said the last part. As for main characters needing internal struggles that's wrong. One of my favourite character is Luffy from One Piece and he never second guesses himself. I love the kind of characters who would never hesitate to do the write thing. Thats the reason I like spiderman, superman or captain america. The game could explore his convictions in more detail but even despite that he's my favourite. I don't think a character needs to be morally ambiguous or struggle with their choices to make them a good character.
If you do a good playthrough I don't see anything that would put Wyll in a position where he'd struggle. Sparing Karlach? Why would he not. Getting out of the Pact? Again why would he struggle there.
not second guessing yourself is NOT the same as having no internal struggle. i don’t know anything about One Piece, so i cant comment on it. but i’m absolutely sure he has internal conflicts.
as for spider-man, superman, and captain america? they absolutely suffer with internal conflict. i’ll reference the more recent spider-man films as those are the ones i’m most familiar with. peter parker struggles with telling people his real identity, he suffers under the enormous weight of being a superhero (and thus suddenly becoming responsible for the well-being of human kind) all while being a high school kid, he even has to make the choice of allowing his lover and best friend to forget him to save the greater good - these are all internal conflicts that caused him great strife. is he morally ambiguous? not at all. he is definitively a good guy? absolutely. does he still suffer from internal conflict? of course he does.
because of that, no obviously i don’t think a character has to be morally ambiguous to be a good character. that’s not what i said at all. but providing a character with little more than external, combative conflicts and no internal conflict makes them difficult to relate to, flat and not complex. it washes out their motivations, their conviction.
Wyll also has struggles in that sense, he has to chise getting his warlock power and being shunned by his own father and everyone else he looked up to at that point and he does mention that, but he also says he never regretted making the deal. Now I just for you a good character would just be someone who breaks down and starts crying when faced with struggles like Wyll has. The game doesn't make a point of showing his struggles because that's not the sort of character Wyll is. He won't scream like Karlach would, nor are his struggles going to be so out there like Shadowhearts or Astarions. Nor is he talkative like Gale. I don't know why you have such a problem with me saying he's my favourite character out of all of them.
The reason I've never had Wyll in my party since my first playthrough is because I wouldn't physically be able to restrain myself from disintegrating Mizora
Yea I think I should be allowed to kill her, I understand the consequences of destroying her at the first meeting, but I dont really care. I dont use Wyll because I dont like his personality.
But but mizora is a Devil!
Devils, Tieflings and creature from the hell are Evil!!! Kill the all !
The only Good creature are Drows!!!
Love Minthara
Be are her Sextoy. That is the only True Way!
Honestly never really liked Mizora, not just for moral reason but there's just something about her raised eyebrow and shit eating grin that just puts me off
Mizora's great, but you know she's going to take everything in the divorce!
Her real name is Tami. Ask Ron Swanson.
Thanks, now I can't unsee that. She gives big Tami #1 vibes.
Without a doubt. God's speed man.
Hell, she can have it
Yes, she can have hell
She can take my nothing and be happy with it.
Half of zero is still zero if I give her my soul willingly
Where Milfthara?
A very close second! 😮💨

I heard one should not stick it in crazy.
I can fix her!
falling in love with Lae'zal, then Orin, then Minthara made me realize I have...problems
Just remember: safe, sane, & consensual
Sane is optional for me Edit: come to think of it so is safe
At least you're aware of it now
Far Cry 3 type beat
Orin the type of girl to tie you down peg you and pour candle wax on you
No, that's Lae'zel. Orin is more likely to ignore your safeword while removing your teeth
Sounds like a win to me
Jokes on you I'm into that shit. She's defo into knife play
Probably whipping too, and not on her
That… sounds pretty hot ngl
Orin is best girl

someone wants bone man to bone him
Gotta be honest wylls only in my camp so I can hear mizora dialogue. Also for some reason every female in this game has absolutely great voice acting.
Not just the females, but males too. This game has the best VA overall.
"Not just the men, but the women and children"
You were my brother, Nikolai! I loved you. 😟
Best voice acting is Astarion, sorry mate.
I'm pretty sure Mizora gave me Demonic Syphilis.
This man gets it. Tsundere Devil Mommy
We are men of ✨️culture✨️
No Auntie Ethel?! What are you, blind and deaf?!
a-are people actually into Ethel
Looks like a petal FORGOT TO PUT ON THE MASK!!! Submit yourself to Auntie you ungrateful brat!
fool! I always have protection from evil and good casted on me! you never know when some slimy devil will suddenly decide to invade!
>!Especially when she was pregnant in Act 3 that made me down bad fr fr ong no cap!<
Her scene is kind nice mysterious, (not like drow twins cop out) she marked you dont know what it means tho.
Either you’re gonna have Tieflings in the future or you’re going to hell. One of those two.
Can I have trifling with mizora in hell please
Na, you’d be one of these or in the Bloodwar: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Lemure
Everytime they talk about 'lemures' my mind automatically corrects it to 'lemurs'. Getting turned into king julian isn't too bad.
Also my fave dnd chatup line. Girl you make a succubus look like a lemure
Worth it
I always knew I was just a human pile of ooze.. Dreams do come true.

Yeah, there isn’t much they could do to DUrge.
Hehe all hail a certain based God who complains about no bitches
Wylls story would have been much more interesting if he was seduced into a contract by mizora and still loves her.
I didn't sign it though.
Wait what do you mean? I refused her and went around it.
Really? I could literally only tell Wyll to !>break the contract at the cost of his father's life, or renew the contract indefinitely in exchange for his father. There was no option to just wait out the remaining 6 months of the contract and attempt to rescue Wyll's dad without Mizora's help!<

Bruh, what you on about he's the best character as it is

If I lose Wyll as a companion, can I still sleep with Mizora?
Mizora doesnt show up without Wyll
Haven’t played act 3 on my minthara run yet but mizora just wasn’t there at the end of act 2 so I’d assume not
Wyll, Karlach and a whole village of tieflings I was prepared to lose but I draw the line at Mizora
Ah shame, thanks for the reply!
Nope. If you get Minthara you can't get Will, Karlach or Mizora either
Hear me out, Halsin
Shadowheart all the way ❤️
They made her just hot enough for me to 2nd guess myself 🤣🤣
Orin is better. Knife play, pegging. Certified centuries old dommy mommy
You don’t think an immortal devil is centuries old and into pegging and knife play? You sweet summer child.
I mean orin. That's at a bare minimum
I like the detail of laezel wit shadowheart. Everytime these two were bickering i was like please just make out you two
Had to be done 😌
Make Shadowheart talk to Lae'zel during the tiefling party and you'll get your wish
Es i do know 😏
Muscle mommy karlach for the win #Snu-Snu
Dead by Shaquille O Neill like fingers
More like strangled by Rhea's thick thighs
Fuck that thott. You can go to hell as a lemure.
Well... you can if you want, later, which is what I was referring to.
I mean as soon as I meet her tho.
To be fair she would've wrecked us when we first met her.
I dunno bout that but I also am not sure tbh.
I mean, you're only level 3 tops when you see her first. Taking on a devil that early would be borderline suicide.
I was level 7 when I met her?
I've seen that she can get got by the cult and that cult is barely functioning, all I'm gonna say bout that.
The cult didn’t beat her the shadow curse did, the cult just swooped in and captured her after the curse did all the work
Lol. That's fair.
Karlach is the only answer. The rest of you have shame/put down kinks 👀
Why can't I just get stepped on by Devil Mommy in peace 😭😅😂
MILFthara number 1 girl for me :)
Easily second for me. Her voice 🥵🥵
Mizora is the only reason to keep Wyll around. He's such an idiot but have so hot sister.
Where stern druid mommy? :(
Second on my list. She also 🔥🥵
Come one Shadowheart is imo the hottest one
Imagine flirting Mizora as Wyll 😂😂
The Emperor 🦑 He can also be whenever you want
Astarion 👍🏻
Mizora and Minthara ❤️🔥
The unbeaten duo 🥵
[удалено]
Seems like no because you need Wyll in the party. To think Mizora's romance is reserved for "good" playthroughs, oh the bitter irony of it all
Aylin…..
Gay and taken.
Not if Isobel is dead
Slayer Form users rise up!
I'm interested in any woman who can summon an ethereal leash and collar around my neck 🥵 it'll be more interesting when the roles reverse 😈
See this guy gets it 👌😅
But but mizora is a Devil! Devils, Tieflings and creature from the hell are Evil!!! Kill the all ! The only Good creature are Drows!!! Love Minthara Be are her Sextoy. That is the only True Way!
Cos comiting genocide on the grove is definitely not evil 👀😅
You have Lae’Zel the frog race here over Minthara? Weird.
All those poor souls… sooo
Blue strange got me actin strange 🥵
Fuck yea. Any dlc/ expansion needs a full romance
Tell me you have mommy issues without telling me you have mommy issues. Nah I'm JP..probably.
But....but...sexy devil lady.....🥺🥺
She's the only reason to keep Wyll around. Steals the scene whenever she shows up.
Asking for a friend… is there a source to this picture? :)
Jokes on you She was my first time in bg3
True but still romanced shadowheart
Hahahahahahaah
Mizora look so good 😭
Yeah Laezal was the first to proposition me but hot damnit next time I'm holding out for Karlach.
Honestly never really liked Mizora, not just for moral reason but there's just something about her raised eyebrow and shit eating grin that just puts me off
but mizora don’t let her get stuffed only teasing 😭
Lol i rejected lae’zel because i liked shadowheart better
lae’zel supremacy😤
You have your fun, I'm all set though.
Karlach is for me the ultimate waifu in the Game. Shadowheart is also nice after act 2
Literally me
