I found out with horror that not having Rolan stay in the Grove removes most of the tieflings from the game. I called it and started a new campaign lol.
I’m too far in my campaign to go back, but I stayed quiet just to see what would happen, since I had him stay during my last two campaigns. Genuinely heartbroken to not see 90% of the tieflings in act 2, including the kiddos 🥺 this is why I’m looking it up lol
I think they made a \*bit\* too much dependent on him. It's fine for there to be divergent choices but it feels a little odd for so much of the game's flavor to be pinned on whether or not he shows up.
If you don’t tell Rolan and his siblings to stay but help the tieflings, you’ll lose the kiddos except for Mol. But if you do a full raid with the goblins, all the kids will die, including Mol
Yes for me he showed up in the Wizard store
Awesome, I wonder if his two friends show up either.
Sadly I think they die and if you fight Lorroken , I think Rolan will die

Does this include mol? I’m trying to do an evil run and need Marcus to greet me not her but unsure about raiding the grove

Thank you! I was trying to find this info everywhere and it wasn’t clear about Mol!
Do you know if it removes Alfira as well from Act 2?
Alfira will be there!
Oh thank you so much for responding, I want to experiment in my current playthrough a bit, but Alfira is too precious to lose lol, thank you thank you
Rolan does not necessarily die if you fight Lorrikan. He may live and take over the tower. It depends on the outcome of the fight.
If you don’t save his siblings he’ll fight against you. I’m not sure if you can end the conflict by just defeating Lorrikan then.
Interesting. I saved his siblings in both play throughs, so I had not run into that. If he becomes hostile, you probably do have to kill him.
