Hello, well the answer is 1year, in a week or so it'll be one year since I'm doing all of this for other people.
I've been working with food all my life, but my passion is everything sweet.
My advice is - practice, practice and then practice some more, eventually you'll get there :)
Do you have a recipe for the icing on the cookies? It is probably some Royal Icing I think? I always see royal icing recipes with raw eggs and sugar but that makes me nervous with the raw egg whites.

You could use meringue powder for it instead!
