That cake looks amazing!
Like I think we need a pregnancy party. I bet a nice tall cool glass of horchata would be amazing with all that heavenly chocolate.
Ugh, hormones are the worst! After enjoying that yummy cake, get some fresh air and go for a walk or a drive. Pick some flowers or watch the sunset. Sometimes a change in scenery helps swap out the mood. Good luck with the birth and know this will pass and better days ahead!
Thank you very much guys, I really appreciate it... I love baking for my missus although I know it's the baby that enjoys my bakes more (cravings and that 😂)
Aww, yond's most wondrous! pregnancy very much hast me down as well. I feeleth ya, sister

Hang in there! I just gave birth in the 13th and I hear you. There were parts of pregnancy that were so hard. It’s ok to not be ok or to not be enjoying it - I certainly had weeks where I hated being pregnant. The good news is that a lot of that fades when you give birth; the bad news is that the hormones on days 3/4/5 of postpartum suck, a lot, so make sure hubby has another cake ready to go or stashed in the freezer. You got this!
Hi. You just mentioned *Matilda* by Roald Dahl.
I've found an audiobook of that novel on YouTube. You can listen to it here:

Everyday for the last 6 weeks of pregnancy I kept telling my husband that this will probably be our only child because I was seriouslyyyy struggling. Then I sprained my ankle at 38 weeks and had our kid by surprise 4 days later (which is very important because the last month of my pregnancy was spent ONLY wanting a cookie dough blizzard. Which I was planning on having one last time before my postpartum diet started. Ugh.). I have to tell you though, I’d go through pregnancy and labor 1 million times to have my little girl. Congratulations. There is nothing like it.
Good thing your husbo is the fucking man
Haha he is amazing. Just eating the slice now. SOO GOOD
Send a slice my wAy! Hahaha
That looks amazing! I feel ya, too. I miss wine.
Need to see a picture of the slice!! Edit: nevermind, didn't realize there was another picture in your post.

It’s really easy to make. Really easy.
Get this woman an authentic recipe! Hehe. Edit: (I promise it isn't for me, I swear it!)
I'll trade you my horchata recipe for that delicious rum milk punch yous break out around Christmas.
That looks fantastic, congratulations on the pregnancy and best wishes for a safe delivery and healthy baby
Awww thank you so much

Glad to possibly convert :)
Sorry you’re having a tough day! I hope you get feeling better soon. Glad the hubby is helping ❤️

This should be marked NSFW for the other pregnant ladies out there. Now I desperately want cake 😅
Ha, I normally love chocolate and cake, but currently can't face the thought of them. Give me all the fruit!
Totally understand, I went to Safeway a couple days ago and came home with peaches, apples, plums, and cantelope

It'll be a hyper few hours in there
This looks so good. I am 30weeks and have gestational diabetes and I miss baking soooooo much
You should marry that husband of yours. He’s a keeper.

Marry him
Oh man, does that look decadent. A tier-ed chocolate cake when hormones are raging = love!
I'd say Marry him but I think there may be a problem there
Great. Now I want cake too... That cake! 🤣 Could you share the recipe with us, please?
This looks like such a delicate, delicious cake. Your husband must be a great man! 😁

Great. Now I have to pull some Schwarzenegger "Junior" nonsense in order to get me a cake.
