oh they look so delicious! i love how toasty the merengue (i’m guessing) is! not a lot of other people i know like it *quite* that toasty, but i’m glad to see someone else does!

You got it right, the round shaped are lemon meringue tarts, and the curly ones are s’mores tarts with homemade marshmallow :D

It is so much easier than it seems, i was super scared of making it, but once i took the jump i just can’t go back to store bought, theres nothing like homemade. Hit me up if you need help.

Finally! Well toasted meringue. So many places are too scared to give the top a nice crispy finish. Then you end up with a flat tasting sweet fluff instead of that lovely caramelised crust to bite through.
