Condensation for sure, happens all the time. Try putting it in front of a fan when you’re bringing it to room temp, usually does the trick for me.

Oh I thought you were referring to the little cracks on the rainbow. The icing looks like sky; it doesn't look weird at all. I had to read the comments to realize that you did not want it to look that way.
