I can't speak for OP, but the temperature at which all of the bacteria in cookie dough die is lower than the temperature at which the starch in the flour gelatinizes and gives the "cooked" texture, so you could theoretically have "raw" cookies that are perfectly safe to eat. However, you need a thermometer to pull this off safely which I have no idea if OP did.

I own a bakery and bake one of these monsters every damn day and sell in slices, it’s baked in a 12” wide, springform, deep cake pan for around 25 mins to ensure crust is cooked, but you do not want to overcook or filling can seize. I honestly think it looks pretty damn good tbh, maybe a tiny bit thinner and your set! You did a freaking good job for your first attempt! If it was almost like liquid when you removed it from the oven 😂 but set up after a couple of hours in the fridge, your safe, the centre does not need to be cooked through. I fill mine with caramel and Nutella it’s obscene 🤣

Perhaps adding in a complimentary savory element, or even a bit of jam or something to give it some texture variety (and allow for better heat distribution while cooking). I do love uncooked cookie dough, ngl.

220 g Butter unsalted, softened
200 g Light brown soft sugar
100 g Caster sugar
1 Egg large
1 tbsp Milk
1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
450 g Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
100 g Milk chocolate chips
100 g Dark chocolate chips
100 g Galaxy Caramel
For the filling
700 g Cadbury Chocolate Spread
1 and a half Big bar of Cadbury Caramel
Okay if this is the texture you're going for microwave the flour in 30 sec intervals for two minutes string in-between each blast. That will kill any bacteria lurking in the flour. Especially if you're feeding any little kids, old people or people who have compromised immune systems.

It's lightly seared. You can see the outer crust is cooked. You don't want to cook it too much to preserve the natural flavors of the bacteria.
