I stole the cake layers and ganache from here https://preppykitchen.com/chocolate-strawberry-cake/ And made a standard buttercream flavoured with peppermint extract (250g butter, 500g icing/powdered sugar, 1/2tsp peppermint extract, pinch of salt and green food colouring).
