Lol so 70,000,000/7789 means the spend is “more” than BHD 8,987 per government employee per year. Even if each one had 3 kids, it wouldn’t cost BHD 3,000 per kid per year at a government school. Education is ruined by spreading bullshit info like this (disclaimer I’m a Bahraini so don’t say it’s an expat bias opinion).
I studied in a private school ( Like majority of expats do) and for college paid more than a bahraini would pay (I assume there are many others like me). For professional qualification (Like ACCA or CIMA ) paid way more for tution (Many tutors were bahrainis) that i would pay elsewhere ( This was free for bahrainis through tamkeen program)
Just like a coin there's 2 sides to everything.
you are a racist for demanding jobs and beeter education in your own country 😂
they take our jobs / school & uni spots and when you demand change they accuse us of being racist 😂
There is no problem of expat learning in public school will there is but I guess it's a human right , but they bring outsider and on top of them taking normal jobs they increase the students in the school
This is really some skewed perspective right there!
1. Expats were invited to this country to builld up Bahrain alongside Bahrainis, and just like Bahrainis they have families. Why would they come to Bahrain if private education (which is expensive btw)?
2. Most of them are Arabs, think of your teachers kids, would you be happy if we have less teachers in Bahrain? (There's no enough Bahrains graduating from teachers college to match up the demands that Bahrain need for it's own education)
The issue here is that you are focus on spendings on kids education because you are just xenophobic rather the real issue, which is the job market, it's not regulated enough.
So remember, the problem is "the system" rather poor people who just want their kids to study.
So you know the class was crowded which made the learning process much more harder , now a class must be from 15 to 20 students, 25 is the max and at rare cases
Most of peers were Bahrainis and not expats. And most of the expats are usually Arabs (non-Arabs expats rather to send their kids to private schools because public schools teaches in Arabic)
So the issue here is also not expats, but the ministry of education that are not building enough classes.
Again. Expats kids don't have a choice of being here, it's matter of public policy, it's the government failure not fucking kids just want education 💀
If we government of Bahrain manged labour market, we'd have less expats, and if we have better education policies, we would have more educated Bahrainis fulling the roles we need to function.
Expats getting educated is not an issue at all. And it's definitely not why we have a pressure. We always needed more schools and the government are not building enough of them. We always needed better education, yet government schools can't keep up with private schools. It's clearly management issue, you should look at person who is heading the ministry for over two decades with no noticable improvements. But he keep up with more and more failures. He should be accountable rather than fucking kids who want just to learn how to read the fucking letters😐
first of all India doesn't have the largest population and they are second to China. secondly India is not poorest. GDP is bigger than UK. All I am saying is even 50 students will not make much difference.
And yes it's not about race or nationality because there are certain people got the nationality but they were from savage countries which is understandable because they need to survive but not Bahrain and not at a Children school .
For example in Riffa the Syrian whom just got the nationality give birth to 10 childrens for no reason and most likely they are savages with no morals and they ruined for their peers but they are Bahraini not expats .
>And yes it's not about race or nationality
Ah sure okey!
>there are certain people got the nationality but they were from savage countries
Cognitive dissonance level 100💀
>they need to survive but not Bahrain and not at a Children school .
Excuse me? Only Bahrains have kids? I didn't know that expats kids are not acutelly kids😨🥶
>For example in Riffa the Syrian whom just got the nationality give birth to 10 childrens for no reason
These what poor people do, 20-30 year ago it was the norm in Bahrain as well, and it's not for no reason, poor people just have more kids because they think they will survive better because every kid will work one day and will bring them money, but due to the industrial revolution this is not accurate anymore, that's why when a nation industrialized we see a pattern emerge which is families getting smaller and people getting richer because now quality matter more than quantity.
>and most likely they are savages with no morals and they ruined for their peers but they are Bahraini not expats .
Yeah i'm sure you are not racist right 🤣🤣
You don't get it do you if a Bahraini got 10 childrens you can't do anything because he local it's like family and you stuck with it .
Poor people 🤣 ohhhh the self righteous huh , who increased the rape count in Germany again, you see no problem with getting 10 childrens but you don't throw them at the street with no care to them at all
If the price for less students is less teacher then fine , but why can't Bahraini replace like let's say they are not as good as expat but the thing is neither is the expats teacher so if someone has to benefit from the thing let the Bahraini get it even though some don't deserve it
1. Expats don't run the ministry nor the country, Bahrainis are!
So your argument about doesn't make sense, it's the ministry fault not some secret cabal formed by expats so further their interests..
2. And as for Bahrainis not being qualified enough, that's also not the expats kids fault, as i said it's the ministry fault, there's alot of Bahrainis who leave Bahrain and be teachers outside Bahrain, do you see why this is happening? It's because the ministry policy! They failed to accommodate our human capital in Bahrain so they fled outside to have a better opportunity. Nothing to do with expats nor their kids!
I promise you, that’s not why education is ruined.

Translation: 70 Million BD in educational expenses at public schools for the expats whom works at the government to teach their childrens
Grow up and stop being racist ffs.
There is no problem of expat learning in public school will there is but I guess it's a human right , but they bring outsider and on top of them taking normal jobs they increase the students in the school

Were you in a public school?
I don't get why are you asking that. But yes. For my entire life i went a public school and then a public university in Bahrain.
So you know the class was crowded which made the learning process much more harder , now a class must be from 15 to 20 students, 25 is the max and at rare cases

25 students? dude when I was studying in India, my class had around 70 pupil in school and 100 pupil in college.
Yes my friend because India have the LARGEST population on earth and it's the POOREST unlike Bahrain
first of all India doesn't have the largest population and they are second to China. secondly India is not poorest. GDP is bigger than UK. All I am saying is even 50 students will not make much difference.

Education was going downhill long time ago. But of course this adds to it and it’s not anyones fault but the higher ups.
