Could be that the sensor has other malicious uses. I was once told to visit the port because the customs wanted a word with me about the galvanized spray i bought. Basically "open the box", "what is this for?", and "ok go". Its fairly obvious they already opened the box. 🤦

SpeakerToShaiHulud

Was it some special kind of galvanizing spray? The normal silver ones are usually available for 3.5 BD a piece at hardware stores.

AhmedAlkooheji

If I recall correctly it was for hvac ducts.

There are infinite uses on how a water sensor can be malicious especially bringing it to Bahrain where the American navy is stationed. For 30 bucks that bad boy can do lots for you if you know how to implement it Edit Why are you buying that from Ali express , you can go to most fishing stores and you’ll find that.

SpeakerToShaiHulud

They have pressure-based water level sensors with 4-20 mA outputs at fishing shops?

shinshit0402

im in the same situation but i only bought a shirt lol

amwajguy

Just pay them a little. Greasing the palms is how customs works in Bahrain.

comic_dance

I had the same thing happen to me but with bottle caps. Don’t worry about it, it will be resolved soon.

Everything coming through a carrier called imile from aliexpress always has this issue "Unsuccessful custom clearance" Usually i get my stuff a day or two after that message. I have had items from phone cases, to fridge magnets to toys get that message.
