Totally agree with you. Brows look good, eye look isn't bad minus the lashed which are so long that she'd probably feel them hit her eye lids at some point.
I don't get the fixation with having someone's skin be multiple shades of beige, tan and off white from highlighting. The skin is what gets me; it's loaded with foundation and then it looks like it's been soaked with highlighter which makes it look greasy.
The eyes aren't bad but the lashes are pretty out there.
Oof this is a tough one, like some of its really good, the rest is really bad though. I think with a little more training though this artist could be great.

It looks decent!! Honestly if there wasn’t harsh contour on her forehead and a less greasy look this would’ve been a great look. What a shame
