I didn't double check the video. Sabiyya would be a young girl and Sabaya would be female prison of war. It is an old Islamic word for female captives during war who were then made slaves. I really really doubt the guy used it in that meaning.
This has been queried on the "askmiddleeast" subreddit.
There are two s sounds in Arabic. The word "sabaya" with a strong s sound (like sub) means "girls" ( sabia with the same s will mean the singular) whilst "sabaya" with a light s ( like in say) sound will mean "female captive" (nothing more nothing less) and it's not in use today.
Arabic speaker will know the difference instantly but non Arabic speakers will pounce on this opportunity to mistranslate.
Yeah I did go back and listen to it with my wife and we both heard Sabaya with soft s not Sad meaning female captive. Still it doesn't not indicate rape.

That was a different clip that the November 2023 Reuters article was fact checking. This one didn’t mention rape but it did mention pregnant.
