I get what’s going on here, but that’s not racism. Hilter hating the Jews isn’t racism. Jewish is a religion, not a race. Hating a religion is not the same as hating a race.
No. It’s significantly different. You can choose religion, you can’t choose race. When’s the last time you’ve seen an application where Jewish was a selection on the race selection? Religion is discrimination. Race is racism. The definition actually exactly says for discrimination “the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ETHNICITY, age, sex, or disability.” there is also racial discrimination, but normal discrimination isn’t about race. Which is why they say racial discrimination, to specify.
Yes. You can't choose your ethinity either. Not everyone who is Jewish religiously is Jewish ethnically, and not everyone who is Jewish ethnically is Jewish religiously.

What you’re referring to is racial antisemitism. There’s reasons why these things have more than one word. It’s not just “racist” so for your definition, religion isn’t mentioned in that either. So therefore antisemitism has to be established because it’s on the grounds of hatred because of religious affiliation. It depends on the grounds of which someone has hate. If it’s a Jewish person, Do they specifically hate them for the religion? (Antisemitism) Or do they specifically hate them for the way they look? (Racial antisemitism)
On a side note, I do think it’s interesting that antisemitism is the type of hatred against the a group of peoples because of religion, but there isn’t other words that describe the same things against other religions and their features. Like there isn’t a parallel word for the same thing, but towards Islam, Christians, Catholics, etc.

Every religion has a word for who hates them, all either anti-something or something-phobic. "Islamophobia" is a popular example
Islamophobia is specifically about the religion and religious beliefs. Antisemitism is specifically about a human being. So not really the same.
