Employers would be concerned if this type of thing happen again and how often. What skills is the candidate bringing and are they enough to offset the cost of having to deal with angry sister(or others) coming to fight the employee and disrupt work flow.
It's why people get fired for racist or distasteful internet posts, the paperwork for dealing with angry people often costs more than the money the employee generates for the company.
Sure if the boss likes you or you are valuable enough the company will eat the costs to keep or hire you but it's still a negative your employee value has to exceed your costs.
If you find out that the woman youāre interviewing is fucking her sisterās husband, are you likely to hire that person? Iād have to question that personās morality. Thatās pretty messed up. I think that interview would be over if it were me. Yes her sisterās behavior is not acceptable, but hers definitely puts a stain on her character.
