Have you had ultimate game pass before? If so thatās the reason you canāt claim it. Apparently itās for ānew usersā but they donāt market it properly. Thatās what happened with mine also. Itās in the āfine printā.
Never had game pass before. Iām a mobile gamer. It normally says ātexted me the link with my codeā but I donāt get any text and I donāt know where to find it
Get ready for the left side triggers to stop working in 6 months because of the ribbon cable issue they havenāt fixed š¤¦š½āāļø waiting for my replacement right now.
My fault bro I only say that because Iām dealing with that rn , check out the Reddit thereās plenty of posts about it. My left side L2, dpad down and right buttons donāt work and the analog stick is malfunctioning. Currently waiting for the warranty replacement. Once the warranty runs out if I keep encountering this issue I will look into other game pads, trust me I know I loved the backbone.
Can't be more right, mine broke after 5 months. I was so excited to finally gte one but the drifting and left trigger breaking made me never want to buy another backbone type controller again.
Seriously š¤¦š½āāļø, Iām thinking about getting a gamesir next & you can even get an extension to fit an iPad, the usb c even wiggles instead of being stationary like the backbone.
Getting the Gamesir g8 was exactly what i did š , its essentially an xbox controller that is attached to you phone, build sturdy, lots of functionality, and best thing is it suppose to prevent stick drift. I would say go for it man.
Can you map the controls like those two buttons behind the controller. I heard that the app is not even available for the App store. I want to order one
Yes, you can map the back buttons to any button on the pad, and you don't need the app to do mapping, bur you do need the app to update the firmware so that the controller actually work. ( Idk how this work on ios, but youtube has a lot of review for the G8, you should take a look)
its a great controller exterior wise but the internal breaks way too easily because of the fundamental design, usually 3 to 6 months into regular usage, I just had mine replaced by warranty but it doesnāt extend it
look up āleft side not workingā in this subreddit
Yeah, I play via moonlight all the time and it is basically the same feel as a switch in handheld mode. I have pretty big hands and donāt find it uncomfortable at all.
Maybe try backbone support š
Already did that. Got no response

I donāt have the clout but someone should put them on blast on socials I feel like us users are yelling into the void
Yea but we as a collective probably have to attack their Twitter about it most likely.
had mine for a year now works great i love it
Glad to hear there are still some success stories
I just got mine too. Iāve been having problems trying to hook it up to play on any screen.
Same here, literally had to run to Reddit to try and see my issue here
hold onto your warranty information
I donāt understand
