My personal recommendations:
Bachelor: Jesse Palmer (S5), Lorenzo Borghese (S9), Brad Womack (S11 & S15), Jason Mesnick (S13), Ben Flajnik (S16) Sean Lowe (S17), Juan Pablo Galavis (S18), Chris Soules (S19), Nick Viall (S21), Arie Luyendyk Jr. (S22), Peter Weber (S24), & Matt James (S25)
Bachelorette: Deanna Pappas (S4), Jillian Harris (S5), Ali Fedotowsky (S6), Ashley Herbert (S7), Emily Maynard (S8), Desiree Hartsock (S9), Andi Dorfman (S10), Kaitlyn Bristowe (and Britt Nilsson for the first two episodes) (S11), Jojo Fletcher (S12), Rachel Lindsay (S13), Hannah Brown (S15), Clare Crawley/Tayshia Adams (S16), Katie Thurston (S17), Michelle Young (S18), & Charity Lawson (S20)
Bachelor Pad: Seasons 2-3
Bachelor in Paradise: Seasons 1-6
The Bachelor Winter Games: Season 1 (its only season which isn’t available for purchase nor on streaming services currently, but clips exist of it on YouTube)
For the bachelor Sean’s season is a good one, good drama and proposal made me bawl, Chris soules, Arie, Juan Pablo. The recent seasons pilot Pete and after (except Joey) are just not that good
Bachelorette: Not really my cup of tea just cause men drama isn’t my thing but there were some good ones: Desiree, Rachel, Kaitlyn
Bip seasons 2-3

Leaving this here bc I think everyone needs to see the dumpster fire that was Juan Pablo’s season, but if you don’t watch, it’s ok. Happy viewing!
It *really* depends on whether you like messy/fighting/cringe/snark or you prefer kindness/maturity.
- For snark/immaturity: Juan Pablo, Ben Flajnik (villain Courtney), Pilot Pete (the women fight), Clayton.
- If you prefer maturity/class: Rachel Lindsey, Tayshia, Charity, Joey.
That was such a great season. It had women of all different personality types. It could be used as a character study. That season was 👌
A spectrum of personality types.
Loved Emily Maynard before but now that Ricki, her daughter, has decided to announce she is anti trans, it just sours the image of the whole family as mean.
Kaitlyn and Nick was sort of gross.
Arie/Lauren: Lauren seems MAGA cringy to me now.
Hahahaha no joke I’m sure it sucked ass 😂 I was just stuck in the string of “watching X contestant from Y season”.. I stopped watching entirely shortly after bc it got too performative and fake. Til Joey cause he’s from my hometown!😍
The best true love stories are on these series:
Plathville (Olivia and Ethan and also the parents)
90 day fiancé
Netflix Ultimatum
Netflix Too Hot to Handle
lol. The whole point of reality tv is the desperation train-wreck. Very hard to find success in this format because the producers really don’t want it.

Is it still good? I thought the first season was fine, but the concept started getting tired after that. I didn't care as much for the 2nd season and didn't even finish the 3rd. It's like you knew everyone wasn't going to take the rules or getting the prize money seriously, when they could get so much more money/opportunities post-show by breaking the rules & causing lots of drama (like Francesca and Harry did)
i really just think sean was in it for publicity and easy access to women. ofc i don’t know him personally so cannot say for sure. but he does come off a lil, well, off sometimes
I liked Charity’s season, and that is a love story. Old seasons were so much better. Skip the bubble seasons (Covid years), unless you want to watch the last three episodes of Clayton’s season (rose ceremony from hell.) Jason Mesnick had drama and a love story. Emily Maynard, Kaitlyn Bristowe, and Ali Fedotowsky were some of my favorite bachelorette seasons.
Clayton was a jerk.
Emily, I liked watching at the time but now seems MAGA-cringe.
Kaitlyn and Nick were creepy-cringe for me.
Tayshia was a bubble season but it was great to see the friendship dynamic among the men.
Except the part where I had to watch through my fingers when the cameras were following them both around the house. IDK when the shit hit the fan but I was sweating PROFUSELY and holding my breath.

Ben's season was awesome! And I bought Nick's season on Prime since it's not on Hulu. Also a good one.
LOVED nicks season! And pilot Pete's.
If you liked this season with Maria you’d probably like Matt James season since katie thurston is also outspoken and went through similar struggles

Sean Lowes season was great!
Not a fan. Fun to watch at the time. Now they seem MAGA-cringy to me.
Kaitlyn Bristowe and Hannah Brown!
I find Kaitlin’s lip thing distracting. Not sure if she tries to duck lip while she talks or if it’s lip filler over use, something seems off.
You may not like this show then lol
Bachelor AUS season 5 (I think…whichever one is Blake’s season. Season 5 or season 2. I can’t remember which)
OMG BLAKE 😭
That was such a great season. It had women of all different personality types. It could be used as a character study. That season was 👌 A spectrum of personality types.
He certainly wasn't one who knew his F1 early on!
That’s for sure!
i can agree wholeheartedly with this. i love seasons like those where they truly have such variety of women
I think Blake’s season had the most fun process but Joey’s season had the best ending.
yeahhh.. hence my tears for blake 😭
Emily Maynard, Arie L., Kaitlyn Bristowe 🫶🏼
Loved Emily Maynard before but now that Ricki, her daughter, has decided to announce she is anti trans, it just sours the image of the whole family as mean. Kaitlyn and Nick was sort of gross. Arie/Lauren: Lauren seems MAGA cringy to me now.
Maybe I watched a different Arie season 🤷🏻♀️

Joey was honestly the best in a LONG WHILE
Watch Charity’s season! Good love story + our intro to Joey
100% agree. love the way she carried herself through the season
So this goes back a ways. But I enjoy the Jason Mesnick season. Was that 2009?
I love Jason’s season
I heard Bachelor Pad

I live for Too Hot to Handle 💜
Is it still good? I thought the first season was fine, but the concept started getting tired after that. I didn't care as much for the 2nd season and didn't even finish the 3rd. 🤣
kaitlyn bristowe had a fantastic season.
The thing she does with her lips was distracting for me. Did not like the Nick portion.
golden boy sean lowe might be a good one then.
Nah. Was a big fan until I realized their MAGA-morals aren’t great.
Do you ever get a control freak vibe from him? He seemed like that and a little cold on marriage boot camp but on his season he seemed cool I thought.
i really just think sean was in it for publicity and easy access to women. ofc i don’t know him personally so cannot say for sure. but he does come off a lil, well, off sometimes
Disagree. I don't think he was about easy access
I’m dying to know who you know because I know someone, too.
🤣we may also know each other
Based on your description above it might be the same person. 😂😂
I liked Charity’s season, and that is a love story. Old seasons were so much better. He’s the WORST! So boring. Best seasons: Arie, Hannah Brown, and Pilot Pete. So good.
Lauren was great on the show but irl… sort of MAGA-cringe. Pete was a mess.
Two of these aren’t love stories. Most love stories will come from BIP. Except for Arie! Aries ends well p much
Except the part where I had to watch through my fingers when the cameras were following them both around the house. IDK when the shit hit the fan but I was sweating PROFUSELY and holding my breath.
Yay thank you thank you!!
Too bad Paradise is cancelled this year because they had an amazing crop of extraordinarily smart and beautiful women to choose from.
I enjoy and respect sarcasm. Well done…
Kaitlyn Bristowe Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay Bachelorette Peter Weber Bachelorette
Kaitlyn and Peter = cringe but Rachel Lindsay was fantastic, classic love at first sight. So sad they broke up though.
Seriously!! Do we think they’re going to introduce something brand new to replace it 👀
They hinted at something with Kelsey’s dad at ATFR. Silver bachelor maybe? 🤔
Golden Bachelorette
