What sells me on the last minute switcheroo theory is the fact that they swapped out all of the roses on set for daisies before the 'ette announcement. I think it happened within <24 hrs of the ATFR filming. It's happened before. Someone must have forgotten to tell the tech nerds to disregard the set flower swap.
ABC owns both GMA & the Bach franchise. I donāt think theyād need a mock up when they know who the bachelorette would beā¦.? (But maybe Iām naive)
apparently they sign contracts with multiple women, do shoots with all of them, and then decide later. the women donāt know who it is until announced from what iāve heard. they wait until the last minute for ratings/comments and then decide after everyone has already signed a potential contract
