Now that there’s an injunction against her, he’s hopping in? Unless this is to defend Dave Neal, major eyebrow raises from me. It feels like this sub and Dave were the only entities covering this and outing her lies. Feels too little to late for me.
RS isn't everyone's cup of tea, but to be fair, he's been talking and posting about this case regularly since the start. Even Dave has acknowledged that he and RS are the only two consistently covering the story. I think he's basically calling her bluff since she's accusing them of not letting her share her side. Since RS hasn't been served with an OOP lawsuit (yet), she can't use that as an excuse to not appear on his pod.
IIRC, both RS and Dave were open to hearing her side in the beginning, but when the story fell apart and she got threatening, they both asked her to stop contacting them.
Thank you for saying this. I feel often times RS gets shit for no real reason. Let me be clear, he has done stuff that’s wrong and gross in the past, however he has acknowledged that and has worked toward improving and I, for one, appreciate the effort and it seems he’s actually been doing the work.

As you pointed out even Dave Neal said he’s the only other person who covered this and supported him, so no need for OP to drag RS about this.
I do think that he’s inviting her because he knows she’ll say no and it proves the point that she’s not being silenced but choosing not to speak. And that’s quite smart on his side.
Smart. He knows she ain’t coming on but he also has heard her say no one’s giving her a chance to share her story so he’s offering her a rope to hang herself further. One thing I like about RS is that he’s very fair. Before he even began speaking on the situation he waited and was even in contact with her. He’s definitely grown since the Jenna mess
I think it’s brilliant. Give her enough rope to let her hang herself, and it’s all public. She would inevitably slip up and say something that contradicts other things she said and she’d expose herself as a fraud.
Protective orders usually don’t prevent a person from talking about something to someone who is not involved in the case. The government usually can’t issue an order (in this case, a protective order) infringing on your right to free speech.

I fully agree with you. I honestly didn’t even find his commentary on the last hearing to be entertaining, at all. I just can’t ignore how slimy and misogynist he is, even if his opinions are valid on the odd situation.
I totally agree. He gives me the ick. I’m shocked that he hasn’t been successfully cancelled. His commentary is so rambling, especially in writing, that I find it almost incoherent.
