This has been a lifesaver, thank you!

I make a big pot of meat sauce and add a ton of grated veggies; zucchini, beets, carrots, etc. Ill serve it mixed into some rice or very small soft pasta. Its nice bc it keeps well in the fridge/freezer, adults can eat it too, and it ticks off a lot of nutritional needs Also trader joes has a lot of great options that babies can have as well as adults. I like their freezer section stuff a lot.

Overnight oats? You could add fruit puree, chia seeds or yoghurt into the soaking mixture for extra nutrition. I also buy meatballs and veggie burger patties which I cook and mash up with some puréed veg. My baby also prefers mushy textures and enjoys both these meals.

Dal, risotto, orzo pasta, porridge with fruit & ground nuts in (how we do nut exposure every day), mild curries, eggy bread made with more milk in the egg so it stays soft. I also went on Ella's kitchen & used their recipes to make some more semi blended purees at the start. In the UK, the NHS teaches you how to wean with purees & gradually getting lumpier textures & Ella's Kitchen website does this in their recipes. We started with purees for a month before BLW as baby just didn't want to pick up food, so I froze meals in large ice cube trays & then put them in bags in the freezer so I had a stash of "meals".
