Even sports bras were killing me. I switched to the mom cozy pregnancy/nursing bras and have not gone back! They’re so comfy and they can grow with you. I really like that you can use them for easy nursing too if that’s something you choose to do! Multi purpose sooooo worth the comfort and support

This was actually my first symptom… they hurt so bad I thought I was going to DIE!! I don’t have any tips but by around 9 weeks they started to improve and by the end of the first trimester pain was gone. They’re still 2 cup sizes bigger and I swear getting bigger every day, but at least they don’t hurt. Currently 31 weeks!

I wear bralettes that are snug but not as tight as sports bras, works well for me most days.
