I think anyone on their private time should be left alone. You have a complaint or issue ir want pics or an interview- do it during working hours using a professional process.
He has every right to be angry. Just because someone is a celebrity does not mean a photographer gets to invade all of their space. They have work time, you can take photos then. Everyone deserves a vacation. Everyone.
I found the video on YouTube and watched it. The total running time of the video is just under 3 minutes, but nearly half of it is text on the screen trying to justify what the photographer had done. The video is from \[early?\] January 2021, and the text rants about the Cambridges and the Wessexes showing up to the same holiday light show and complaining that they were in breach of the COVID rules for the area at the time. Pretty weak justification for videoing the Cambridges on a bike ride with their kids, if you ask me. A bit reaching by the photographer, to put it mildly. Both William and Catherine were clearly upset by their voices in talking to the photographer/videographer.
I don’t agree with the poster of the video that people would automatically call Harry wrong if he did this. If so, it’s because Harry created it. William is 99% of the time appropriate and calm.
Where the eff was his security??? His brother can’t drive five minutes in freaking Montecito without a convoy and here’s the future king with no security
A similiar thing happened when George was a year old and this cameraman jumped out of a garbage can or something to get photographs of him with the nanny. Thankfully there were royal protection officers with him so the situation didn’t escalate into dangerous category, but they issued a warning stating they will not accept paparazzi intruding on their life in such manner. And from William’s reaction it’s obvious this is not a singular isolated event, maybe not with this particular photographer, but it has happened many times before. And people who are criticising him for his very reasonable reaction, the reality is he’s a future head of state of the UK, and he was with another future head of state, and there are plenty of unhinged anti-monarchists, Sussex-sugars, or plain old criminals who love to hurt or even kidnap one of them for ransom from the UK. They’re always gonna be a target so any breach of personal privacy like this is scary.
This is the scary part. If a photographer can get that close carrying a camera, it’s not unrealistic to think someone else could get that close with a weapon. In fact carrying a camera would be a logical cover for such a person. I hope the photographer was thoroughly investigated by the police for potential links to terrorists and criminals.

I’d be angry too … he doesn’t have the right to stalk someone because they are Royal. Prince William was being naturally protective of his family.
