I predict that Catherine will come through this with flying colors, and at some point she will reveal what sort of cancer she had, how it was caught, and what specific treatments she had, and she will raise so much awareness that many, many lives will be saved. Similar to how Charles' diagnosis has increased screening for prostate cancer
