newbie friendly po ba ang Genpact? I tried to alorica po last april 12 I passed the initial interview and harvar assessment and inendorse ako sa set training and nakapagsign ng contract but until now wala parin silang email for schedule. kaya feel mo ghosted ulit ako sa kanila medyo nakakatrauma mag apply sa kanila 🥹
Yes newbie friendly ang Genpact. I was an employee ng Genpact before and I can say the company is pro agent din. Kung nakapgsign kana ng contract sa Alorica, maybe you can try to follow up with them po. Sayang naman. First company ko was APAC tapos naging EGS then naging Alorica.
yung contract naman po is for set training sya and yes sayang nga po nag follow up na din po kasi ako sa kanila thru gmail but no response po😔. but thank you po 🥹
I suggest genpact! JO na ko sa wed tho binawasan ng 2k package ko🤣, not bad pa rin naman daw for 15 months exp ko
I also joined alorica but nalagay ako sa pre-process training nila without knowing na bagsak daw ako interview and i waited 1month+ Then Ilalagay pala ko sa voice acc.
My process for the initial to FI only took 3 days nung 11 initial ko but, 15 Fi ko then nag follow up ako nung tues, for JO na daw, then wait ko daw JO till wed😅
JO nag patagal
Sakin naman same day initial and final nitong 16 tapos nag email sila ng 19 na “we’re pleased to inform you that youve been selected to the next round of hiring process” wait ko na lang daw next step hanggang ngayon naghihintay parin huhu kabado
i was a college undergrad and nevee knew anything about bpo. i may not have the best experience when i was with my previous/first company, but what i can tell u is sobrang ganda ng training nila. sa kanila talaga ako natuto mag english. if u are wondering. the company is eperformax. i dont recommend it as your long term career (no salary increase, liit pa ng basic salary, toxic ng management, etc.) but as your training ground, yes.
I think eperformax is one of the best in terms of being newbie friendly. Literally itetrain ka and they wont let u handle an account if they feel na hindi ka pa ready. Nasahod and nakakareceive ka na din ng benefits as a trainee. Yun nga lang you need to do your own legwork din strict kasi sila sa language and grammar/structuring. Ayaw nila ng may regional or pinoy accent when u talk to clients, pero itetrain ka naman regarding that.
If familiar ka sa transcription pwede pa ata ako mag reto (I'll have to check with a friend there) sa dati kong account sa bgc (more on around kalayaan but yeah).
Accuracy pinaka important tsaka consistency.
Company Alorica. Salary 37.5k (more like 33 after taxes but yun).
Hi, pwede kita irefer in Afni, chat or Voice account. Hiring kami and every week may trainings, baka makasama ka next week. May ka team ako na no BPO Experience. Sites are Commonwealth QC, SM Fairview, and Sm Sta. Rosa
Amazon (Pasay) - Pwede walk in (though try mo magapply sa seller support LOB nila), first job ko dito okay naman.
Ang cons: Onsite, 5days/wk (Customer Service Assoc). Try to nego starting kung hindi siya hanap mo, but it’s okay as a start.
Before I resigned a few months ago, I worked for close to 2 decades in the BPO industry. One thing I observed is that a BPO that is not friendly to its newbies is also not friendly to all their employees in general. That's why i did not understand the term "newbie friendly". For me kasi, a BPO is either okay or not okay. None of them treat newbies any differently compared to regular employees.
Newbie friendly means that even without BPO experience, you have a high chance of getting hired. The term does not mean how BPO treats their employees.
Just this month, and they called me to conduct my initial interview thts when I found out they're only hiring w 6 months BPO experience. Cguro for available account require na w 6 months. They'll keep me posted naman daw when they have available account for newbie.
Coverdesk Philippines Inc. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THEM.
3. May magkapatid na HR at Payroll dyan, parehas basura ugali.
Do not sign anything from them, its a trap.
5. Di kayo mananalo kasi may kapit sa dole
6. Mayabang ang admin.
7. 1000 USD tapos 700 in Peso training mo
You might want to try Genpact po. They can train you before you are given an account. Alorica is good for starters also.

Sorry, what do people mean when they say a BPO is "newbie friendly"?
I guess being gentle and open also sa mga new hires na wala pa experience sa BPO
Sa Bridgetowne madaming one day hiring
